If one does not release after preventing with supplication, it is a gross offense. If one does not release after preventing with the first act of declaration, it is a gross offense. If one does not release after preventing with the second act of declaration, it is a gross offense. Except for the initial author, any involvement after the act of speaking and expelling has been done is itself a combination, and it is a gross offense. To go to a householder or a non-human being is a gross offense. To a householder who has lost his nature or who does not meet the signs, it is a gross offense. If a monk relies on the behavior of a non-human being, and if there is no perception of a monk, it is a gross offense. The downfall of the combination of combinations is that if a monk, knowing that those monks have done the act of expelling themselves, goes to them with desire, goes with hatred, goes with delusion, goes with fear, then all of them will become misdeeds. For the downfall of combination, as many different combinations as are made, each one becomes a misdeed. If one says "going with desire" etc. when there has been no speaking or expulsion, it is also a misdeed. It is also a misdeed towards householders and animals. In this case, if one performs the rite of prevention and the act without having spoken or expelled beforehand, it does not establish the act that exceeds the rite. The Sangha of the performer also becomes a serious offense. There is no downfall if one exhorts with discord and non-dharma. There is no downfall if one exhorts with harmony and dharma, one present and one absent. There is no downfall if one exhorts with what is disguised as harmony and disguised as dharma. There is no downfall if one exhorts not in accordance with the dharma and not as the Buddha taught. There is no downfall for the first-time practitioner, the insane, the mentally disturbed, and those who are afflicted by feelings. What should be learned is that in all places and at all times, one should not rely on and should learn to avoid all forms of the combination of combinations of sinful dharmas that destroy the household, which are universally practiced, and gross offenses of combination, and what becomes the main basis. As soon as the remaining Sangha that has turned away from the exhortation arises, one should confess while sitting on that very seat. Without confessing with that basis, and requesting individual confession, the request and the two

And, all four kinds of petitioning actions should not be experienced. Subsequent remedies will be explained below. The twelfth Sanghādisesa concerning disrupting a family has been explained. The basis for the Sanghādisesa concerning unpleasantness in the Sangha: The Buddha, the Bhagavan, was dwelling in the Ghosita Garden in Kauśāmbī. At that time, the venerable Udāyi committed an offense, but did not properly confess it. To this, some monks who wished him well, wished him benefit, wished him happiness, wished him to experience ease, and wished him accomplishment and happiness, advised the venerable Udāyi, "You have committed an offense, you should confess it according to the Dharma." He said, "Whoever commits an offense, that person should confess it. If you commit an offense, who will confess for you? Whoever commits an offense, that person should regret it." If you commit an offense, who will regret it for you? The monks repeatedly told him to confess, but he evaded, saying, "Venerable ones, whether good or bad, do not say anything more to me. I also, whether good or bad, will not say anything more to the venerable ones. Venerable ones, please give me a way to speak. What have I said to you? Just like you who have gone forth from various castes, various families, and various households. For example, the various leaves of trees, blown by the wind, fall together and gather together. My noble Buddha, the Bhagavan, has realized enlightenment. You and I will not perish, do not say anything more to me." Then, some monks with few desires rebuked, saying, "Why do the monks say the Dharma and Vinaya that are in accordance with the precepts recited by the monks and the sutras spoken by the Sugata? But they say that they should not be spoken to, and they slander, abandon, and speak harshly?" At that time, the monks reported to the Bhagavan. The Bhagavan instructed, "Monks, you to the monk Udāyi and anyone else like him
