Do. Not asking when wanting to understand, not asking when increasing without regret, asking with the thought of testing, asking with the thought of teasing, asking with the thought of finding fault. For those who refute, one should speak. For those who stutter and speak quickly, there is no transgression. Reciting or specifically asking and giving, there is no transgression. Subsequently weakening, are you equal to me? Or reading after being warned not to read beforehand, there is no transgression. For those who have not taken full ordination, thinking they have taken full ordination, thinking the words are brief, thinking it is not Dharma, there is no transgression. What should be universally practiced by the speaker and the receiver is conduct. One should give in four ways, except for sleeping, one should receive in three ways. Whether old or young, ask if their minds are the same, bow, and with upright respect, ask completely, receive well, and after eliminating doubts, speak the Dharma. When walking, one should conserve steps. When sitting with the body, squat or use a low seat, and especially prostrate. The speaker should also ask well, understand well, and give after eliminating doubts. For those who respect the Dharma, whether sitting in front or not sitting in front, one should give the Dharma, without observing the order, one should give the Dharma to the side. The same applies to those who cannot receive. Regarding words and so on, one should also say this, speaking with sound, or reciting, or chanting, or asking and giving, there is fault. Explaining the Dharma, praising, there is no transgression. Practicing sound in a secluded place, there is no transgression. One should not read non-Buddhist scriptures. The opponent's debate

If the letters and the order are confused and read together, it will become a serious mistake. There is no downfall in speaking definite words or speaking definite words of a place. It is permissible for a bhikṣu to hold the Vinaya of a bhikṣuṇī and to recite, chant, and give questions to a bhikṣuṇī. When teaching the Dharma, if the introduction is forgotten, any of the six great cities should be mentioned. If the king, householder, and female lay devotee are forgotten, then Srigal, Anathapindada, and Saga should be mentioned. If the previous events are forgotten, then in order, in the country of Varanasi, King Brahma-datta, householder Sumedha, and female lay devotee Posadha-uttara should be mentioned. On the eighth and fourteenth days, gather and proclaim the Dharma. If non-Buddhists come, they should be stopped. The Dharma should be taught with respect, peaceful conduct, and without mental distractions. If something that is not Dharma is spoken, the elder should refute it. The Dharma speaker should not lead the retinue away. There is no downfall in coming alone. One should not make a living by selling the Dharma. If the Dharma speaker does not teach himself or entrust it to others, it is a misdeed. If the ghaṇṭā is struck, everyone should quickly gather. Learning or showing methods of dancing, singing, and music, or going to watch, is a misdeed. The physician-teacher, out of compassion, is permitted to show methods of medicine to householders who come to inquire. It is not permitted with a distracted mind, even to a bhikṣu. Items for giving away should be placed in a secluded place. Breaking a vow is a misdeed. Planting branches is a misdeed. Sixth. In Shravasti, the group of six bhikshus spoke of the remaining offenses of the Sangha of elders to those who had not taken full ordination, and those people would also ridicule them. Therefore, based on the foundation of a person who has not taken full ordination, the seventh was established with unbearable afflictions. "Not fully ordained" is like the basis of training that is recited. "A bad place" means arising from defeat and the Sangha...
