And also the deeds done, etc. Regarding those who should be expelled, if acts of intimidation are performed, since it is not appropriate to treat them in the same way, it should be said that it was not done. With one karma word, for two places or many places, or even four places, if the boundary is pressed down with reeds, etc., and karma is performed, there is no downfall. If karma is performed on those sitting on the ground and those dwelling in the sky, it is not done. Similarly, returning is also the same. The karma of monks and nuns are different, except for those that are common. Some remaining determinations have already been spoken. Some will be spoken later. Therefore, one should abandon the karma that is done according to the Dharma and the karma that is not done according to the Dharma, and now this will be spoken. "Dispute" means between the object or basis of contention. Relying on this, these will occur. It can also be said like this. In short, there are four types: dispute for expulsion, dispute for not admonishing, dispute for downfall, and dispute for what is to be done. These are also distinctions. In a broad sense, there are many types. "Subdued" means near peace. Also, "karma" means performing karma. "Aversion" means disregarding. If so, how will downfall occur? For a monk disputing for expulsion, whether recognizing it as that dispute itself or recognizing it as another dispute is fine. For a matter subdued according to the Dharma, whether recognizing it as that or being in doubt is fine. If there is aversion, then there is a downfall. For a matter subdued not according to the Dharma, recognizing it as subdued according to the Dharma, or being in doubt, if there is aversion, then it is already committed. The four disputes should be applied one by one. For what is done according to the Dharma, recognizing it as not according to the Dharma, and for what is not according to the Dharma, recognizing it as not according to the Dharma, if there is aversion, then there is no downfall in either case. There are five types of people: the fundamental dweller, that is, the one who knows the beginning, middle, and end of the dispute; the karma-doer, that is, the one who performs the karma of the dispute; the one who offers desire, that is, the one who goes to the boundary and gives approval without being present; the one who speaks views, that is, the one who speaks his own views there.

There are five improper ways of manifesting and speaking about views: residing in different places, not having received full ordination, not being in a proper place, being of the Sangha, and speaking about views without completely abandoning the remaining things. The opposite is proper. Coming suddenly, that is, not knowing the beginning, middle, and end. If the first three are reproached, a downfall is incurred. The latter two incur a misdeed. In both cases, if one is a Bhikshu and reproaches a dispute, a downfall is incurred. If a Bhikshu reproaches a Bhikshu, a misdeed is incurred. Similarly, all cases should be continuously connected. If two Bhikshus reproach all disputes other than a dispute, a misdeed is incurred, which is the meaning of the summary. If a Bhikshu says to a Bhikshuni, "You have not received ordination," a misdeed is incurred. If one says, "You have not received ordination," there are five conditions: the other party is a Bhikshuni's dispute, it is peacefully resolved according to the Dharma, there is recognition or doubt about it, she spoke, and the other party understood. Fourth. In Shravasti, because the mantra called "Limb Jewel" can reveal female parts, such as female characteristics, secret places, etc., it was forbidden to teach the Dharma in female places. Later, in consideration of the people, it was allowed to say five or six words. However, the Six Groups of Bhikshus deliberately said more words and had monkeys and others perform intelligent acts. This was based on the will of the Tamer, in order to completely abandon sexual acts, serious violations, disrespect, and afflictions dependent on conditions, so the fifth was established. The so-called "in a female place" refers to fully understanding the meaning of well-spoken and badly spoken Dharma. The so-called "more" is related to "teaching the Dharma." The so-called "more than what" should be understood as being outside the five or six words spoken nearby. The so-called "outside of five or six words," in which "teaching the Dharma" is the remainder of the words. The word "also" is related to both, because a word without action will not arise. Thus it is said.
