It is for the sake of doing it now. To speak with a mind of affliction, thinking of alienation, is slander. Is it for the sake of possessions? Is it for the sake of remembering harmful signs? Has it become jealousy? Even for the sake of the Dharma? Is it for the sake of teaching? Is it for the sake of reciting? Is it for the sake of dwelling, etc.? Whether it is for the sake of anything, one person to another, or to two people, or to many people, or to the Sangha, similarly, two people to one person, until it is done to the Sangha, similarly, many people, similarly, the Sangha to one person, until it is done to the Sangha. In this regard, there is a difference in committing an offense, but there is no difference in the offense. A bhikkhu, thinking of alienation, speaks of the faults of other bhikkhus, those who say to others, "So-and-so says this to you," etc. In this regard, if he mentions the name of what he said, it becomes a misdeed for all. If the eight roots such as lineage are not mentioned, it becomes a misdeed, but it is not an offense. If the root is mentioned, it is an offense. Whether the other party separates or does not separate, merely speaking the words becomes an offense. Does one who dwells on the ground speak to one who dwells in the sky? Does one who dwells in the sky speak to one who dwells on the ground? Does one who dwells within the boundary speak to one who dwells outside the boundary? Or vice versa? Or are the two the same? Or is the boundary not emphasized? Or has it been crossed? For giving the precepts, one should also understand the offenses in all aspects as a bhikkhu. From the beginning of offenses occurring in the past, etc., until the end of the female novices, if those are alienated, and if their bhikkhus are alienated, it also becomes a misdeed. If alienating words are spoken, but the other party does not understand, it is a misdeed. In this regard, it is also its own nature, and recognizing its own nature, combining the six ways, as before, all are offenses. If one thinks it is beneficial, and separates from evil friends, there is no offense. Thinking of alienation, and speaking in that way, and the other party understanding, through the three branches. The third (chapter). Dwelling in Shravasti. The six groups of bhikkhus, because they are tired of the things done according to the Dharma, therefore, relying on the root of contention, with unbearable afflictions.

The fourth part concludes. "Knowing" means either knowing oneself or being taught by others, that is, the clear ones have properly done that task. If one knows that the task has not been done according to the Dharma, there is no fault. "Agreement" means that everyone has entered the boundary, the task has been accomplished, and it has also become manifest. Consent has been obtained from those who should be asked for consent, or even if they have become manifest, they cannot be revoked, referring to those who are steadfast even if revoked. "The task has also been accomplished" means which tasks should be done, or how many tasks should be done, those tasks have all been accomplished. By whom is it irrevocable? By the fourteen types of people. For example: by the deluded, that is, those who think, speak, and act wrongly; by the foolish, that is, those who do not accept the Sutras, etc.; by the unclear, that is, those who do not understand its meaning; by the unwise, that is, those who are not proficient in the meaning of its words; by the shameless, that is, those in whom defeat has occurred; by those with internal disputes, that is, those who quarrel; by those who dwell outside the boundary, that is, those who have abandoned the vicinity of hearing; by those who dwell within the boundary, that is, those who dwell in the sky (referring to those who do not participate in Sangha affairs); by those who dwell within the boundary but have been expelled from their dwelling; by those who do not correctly restrain their speech, that is, from lying to speaking idle words; by those who have fallen from conduct, that is, those who have risen from the seat on which they were sitting; by those who do not naturally abide, that is, those who enjoy all that should be enjoyed but do not study the precepts of a Bhikshu; by those who have been given precepts; and by those who perform tasks according to the Dharma. It is also said that "impure to whom" is also irrevocable, but this is no more serious than shamelessness. By whom can it be revoked? By those who naturally abide, those who correctly restrain their speech, those who dwell within the boundary, those who have not fallen from conduct, and similarly by those to whom tasks have not been performed according to the Dharma, those who transform from not naturally abiding to naturally abiding. When performing tasks, by whom can it be revoked? For example: when appointing twelve people, those who do not agree, and similarly, Bhikshus
