Furthermore, it is to desire even more. So, how does a downfall occur? Whether it is value, coercion, equality, color, or even length, if one takes more than what was obtained, it is a misdeed. If obtained, it is a downfall to be abandoned. For the former, there is no downfall. For the sake of anyone else, or considering both and placing it, or any other utensil, because they are a householder or not fully ordained, to have them renounce from a public gathering, or if one intends to have them take full ordination, it is a misdeed. For the sake of gods and so on, there is no downfall. From begging for food and so on, obtaining cloth and so on, there is also no downfall. Eighth. Ninth, the basis is the same, and the classification of downfalls is also the same, the difference being that it is measured separately by the price of two garments. Ninth. In Shravasti, near Delight, giving the price of clothing in the summer manner, placing it in the hands of a merchant, because that merchant did not leave quickly, sixty Karshapanas were cut off, for taking an unsuitable place, not guarding the minds of others, and even if one obtains benefit, abandoning it, the tenth was established in order to abandon the middle abandonment. The so-called king is one who has been consecrated by the king's consecration. The so-called minister of the king is one who lives with him through deliberation. The so-called Brahmin is one who possesses purity. The so-called householder is one who is wealthy. The so-called townsperson is the person of the city.

Afterwards, it should be given away. Slaves and male servants are not accepted for individuals, but they are accepted for the Sangha. Utensils and other items are suitable for the Sangha, not for individuals. Among them, for commonly used utensils, a custodian should be appointed. Those without stains should be responsible for washing and wiping. Those with stains are the responsibility of the attendant. Those without attendants are the responsibility of the disciplinarian himself. If a monk carries a food container, he commits a minor offense. Not committing an offense is carrying a tilted drinking cup for offerings and a salt bag. What can be accepted are suitable alms bowls, Dharma robes, bedding, cushions, and medicine for illness. The one called "attendant" is a pillar of the Dharma. What is that? It is said to be the abbot of the monastery, who makes everything agreeable. The one called "layperson" is one who has taken refuge in the Three Jewels or abides by the five precepts. One should sit silently in one direction, referring to the four directions and the six ways of invitation. What are the four directions? The place of calling is the place of the potter or the place of the barber. The place of dwelling is the house itself or the waterside. The place of work is the place of sugarcane processing, the place of Salu, and the salt field. The place of work is the shop and the market. What are the six ways of invitation? Please sit down? Have you come well? Please sit on this cushion. Please prepare food. Please eat. Please drink. If one says this, one should answer: Everything is for that purpose. These are the six ways of invitation. If one speaks too quickly, so that the other person has no chance to interject, this is called incomplete, and the opposite is complete. The one called "reliable messenger" is the co-resident and the attendant. So, what kind of offense will be committed? Wanting to invite, but there are minor offenses such as walking. Exceeding the six ways of invitation is an offense. If it is successful, it should be abandoned. Some say that even if one does not do it, just arranging it is an offense. If someone says this, and another person remains silent after hearing it, he will also commit an offense. If the attendant says, "Venerable, please try on this garment," he should tell that person, "I have already given it away, please give it to that person."

Furthermore, I should gather his mind. Even if one says, "Smell it," if the price of the garment is taken without following such an order, then all is a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. If one urges through false words and the like, it is a Dukkata. If one does not inform the donor, it is also a Dukkata. If a person has already given, even if the messenger is not allowed, it is still considered given by the person. Such as these, if one urges up to six times, then there is no offense at all. In another situation, does a Bhikshu inquire about the price of necessities from a person? Whether it is a human or a non-human, or even a Naga, if one inquires about the price, it is a Dukkata. If obtained, it is a Nissaggiya. If one understands through a messenger, calculation, or letter, it is a Pacittiya, that is, a Dukkata. If obtained, it is a Nissaggiya. If the donor is a non-human, and the messenger is also a non-human, and if a non-human makes it permissible, then there are three Dukkata offenses. If the donor is also a non-human, and the messenger is also a non-human, and if the one who makes it permissible is a human, then there are two Dukkata offenses. If the donor is a human, and the messenger is also a human, and if the one who makes it permissible is a non-human, then there is only one Dukkata offense. If a householder entrusts a non-human or a Tirthika, or if a Tirthika or a non-human receives a commission from a householder, if one obtains more than that, it is a Dukkata. Some say that if another person takes it away for this reason, and he says, "Also give," and that person also says, "I came because of poverty," even if he says it, it is only following what has already been done, so there is no offense. The first chapter on garments is complete. The twelfth chapter, with five based on the basis of near purification, and two based on the basis of manifest accumulation, namely near abiding and manifest accumulation. Three are based on the basis of the characteristics of these, namely acquisition, combination, and buying and selling, all in order to completely abandon the three afflictions such as transgression. The seventh is to abandon the afflictions that depend on conditions. In Shravasti, relying on many Bhikshus, the Tirthikas slander, saying, "Killing many beings," and saying unpleasant words, and in order to abandon the fault of attachment to the good and seeking, the first chapter on seating cloths was established. The so-called Sarpa, there are two types of Sarpa: done and obtained.
