It is not, even if a mistake is made, it is so. If it is said that someone who dwells in the sky dwells on the earth, it is not said, even if a mistake is made, it is so. What exists naturally arises from being concealed while dwelling within boundaries. For the deaf and dumb, those who do not understand language, those who dwell outside boundaries, those who are confused, places where one should not dwell, and householders, it is not so. If one dwells with a bhikshu during the day and dwells in a place without a bhikshu at night, even if one dwells until the end of life, it will not be concealed. If two transgressions occur and one conceals for two months, if one admits to concealing the second transgression while performing one relocation, then those two months should be given for relocation. If one admits to concealing from concealment, then two months are added. If one desires to conceal a transgression but is interrupted by another time due to loss of memory, and conceals again from memory, then, except for the loss of memory, both should be made to undergo relocation. Concealing what was not concealed is the later lineage. Not concealing what was concealed is the earlier lineage. Not concealing what was concealed is merely for satisfaction; there is no relocation. Thus, is it endowed with what is measurable or what is immeasurable? Whether one has committed one transgression, two, or many, whether concealed or not concealed, whether one has fallen or acknowledged something like a novice, and then taken full ordination again, or whether one asks for forgiveness, the statement of what is concealed and not concealed should be stated in four ways. One who does not know the end of the night and the end of transgression is endowed with what is immeasurable. One who practices relocation, who practices satisfaction, who, having been satisfied, is expelled from the sangha, who has fallen, or who acknowledges something like a novice, should be made to do what has not been done. One who does not know the end of the night should be taken from the end of purity and made to relocate, which is synonymous with starting from the beginning. Others are as they were concealed. If, from one who is relocating, a second transgression occurs that is similar to the previous one, in order to cut it off, one should be made to relocate by restoring from the beginning through supplication and the four karmas. To dwell again after starting from the beginning is called restoring relocation from the beginning. Repeating it two or three times is also called restoring relocation from the beginning, from the beginning.

For doing this, one must also start from the very beginning. There are six types of people who err: the completely dark person, who has done all things that are not in accordance with the Dharma. The mostly dark person, who has some things in accordance with the Dharma, but all other things are not in accordance with the Dharma. The half-dark person, whose actions initiated from the beginning are in accordance with the Dharma, but all other things are not in accordance with the Dharma. The partially dark person, whose initiation is also in accordance with the Dharma, but other things are not in accordance with the Dharma. The partially dark person, whose pleasing things are also in accordance with the Dharma, but one part is not in accordance with the Dharma. The person without darkness, whose expulsion is also in accordance with the Dharma, this arises from downfall, the previous one does not. One who has already practiced expulsion should be made to do pleasing things. One who has not concealed should be made to do pleasing things from the very beginning, because he makes the minds of the monks happy, therefore he is pleasing. If a second person of the same kind arises from the place where he resides, he should also be made to do pleasing things from the very beginning. If it occurs three times, one should initiate again from the beginning and make him do pleasing things. Abandoning and practicing pleasing things, even if the Sangha does not remain, if it is different, one should purify the objects and confess the offenses, these are the practice of expulsion and doing pleasing things. The first Sanghavasesa, if it is from concealing for one day to concealing for thirteen days, then due to things that are unsatisfactory, heavy, intense, and unbearable, one should expel. The complete practice of practicing expulsion and practicing pleasing things is: from the place of natural dwelling, one should not take possession. One should not sit on the same seat. One should not sit on a high or equal seat. One should not walk together or in front. One should walk like a following monk. One should not dwell under the same roof. One should not perform the actions of ordination, full ordination, giving residence, inviting novice monks, etc. One should not be appointed to do things. Even if appointed, one should not give instructions to nuns. One should not appoint him to give instructions. One should not argue with monks. One should not place instructions, etc. Opening doors and lighting lamps, and
