It is to follow those who cause division in the Sangha. Distributing tokens by giving teachings, etc., the initial quarrel does not lead to division of the Sangha. If one is allowed to take tokens or make a request in order to distinguish laughter, it is a gross offense. If permission is given to all the Sangha to perform karma, then all are gross offenses, but it is not a division of the Sangha. Other factions of the divided Sangha have no discord even if they reside within the boundary. Because performing posadha and other activities is different from other Sanghas, if a defamer breaks the boundary, it is a breaking. Those who live in the neutral zone should not go to their own faction, nor should they go to the unlawful faction, they should go outside the boundary to perform posadha and other activities. The Dharma speakers should admonish the nuns. If not, then the impartial ones who live in the neutral zone should go outside the boundary. The impartial one, that is, one who does not belong to either side, is called one who lives in the neutral zone. If the Sangha of nuns is divided, one should not follow it, one should advise them: Sisters, be harmonious for a while. If the nuns establish a wheel separately, it is a gross offense. For those who have been degraded, such as novices, if one helps or gathers them, the one who divides the Sangha is guilty of a gross offense. The people of Kausambi, even if they live in two factions, are not a divided Sangha because they do not belong to either side. This is the eleventh Sanghavasesa. The Compendium of Vinaya. Volume Four. The origin of the story is in Sravasti. The Blessed One said that for expelling monks, nuns, and those who ruin families, it should be done through petition and four karmas. Not residing is being expelled. If monks and nuns quarrel, threaten them with this, and if they do not repent, let the Sangha investigate you, you should threaten them in this way. To those who break the precepts, say: The Sangha will deal with you according to the Dharma. This is the final ultimatum. For disputes arising from discernment, this should not be done, it should be prevented by the teacher and others. Or it should be pacified by pacifying the dispute. For monks who constantly break the precepts, and for other monks as well, this should also be done.

Therefore, because of this reproach, as long as one does not turn back, one should abide and reproach. Bhikshus despise laypeople, bhikshus and others besides them, despise them, and should be punished. He should ask the laypeople or others to be tolerant. After the punishment, it is at that time. Not seeing the fall, not doing the work of repentance, not emptying the view, in order to separate from the Sangha, one should be expelled from the dwelling place. The person who is expelled from the dwelling place, knowing the ability to expel the dwelling place and the ability of friends, fights with the Sangha, and in order to abandon, one should repent the fall according to the Dharma. The person who expels the dwelling place, if he knows the situation of being expelled from the dwelling place, and is not happy, then do not talk about it, do not remember it. If the dwelling place is expelled in that way, it is a gross sin. Those people are also the holders of the Sutras, the holders of the Vinaya, the holders of the Mothers, the learned ones, the majority, the many attendants, and the meritorious ones. With the debaters and the rebutters, without placing cushions in the house, let them sit down. Place a fair person in the middle. At that time, the fair person performs the Posadha outside the boundary. If the Posadha is performed with other sects, it is done, but there is a sin of evil deeds for this. If other sects do it to other sects, it is not done. These actions, if they are not talked about, not remembered, without basis, no fall has occurred, not admitted, not admitted in the Sangha, not manifested, are unlawful, and the Sangha has evil deeds. The opposite is lawful. In the Sangha, if one admits three times, it should be regarded as admitted. Those who do the work as instructed should not be completely expelled. One should not be given full ordination. One should not give a dwelling place, and one should not place a novice. One should not teach the Bhikshunis. One should not appoint him to teach. One should not talk to the Bhikshunis. One should not place teachings, etc. If he has twenty dharmas, he should not be abandoned, not arrogant.
