I, do not burden the waist with heavy objects, and so it is for the bhikkhunis as well. If an elder named Charka sits on a cushion where a child is sitting and dies without noticing, there is no transgression. If one sits on a cushion without examining it, it is a misdeed. If one gives medicine to a sick person without asking a doctor, it is a misdeed. One should ask a doctor. If there is no doctor, then ask a monastic doctor. If there is no monastic doctor, then ask someone employed by a doctor. If there is still no one, then ask someone employed by the illness. If there is still no one, then ask someone employed by the illness. If there is still no one, then ask the elders. After administering a purgative, one should not go elsewhere. If one relies on an antidote, there is no transgression. One should not give any medicine to a sick person with the intention to kill, but one should think of curing the illness by any means. When threatening, one should throw a gaṇḍī (a type of bell) etc. with the intention of not hitting. If one commands from the side and above, "Throw it here," and someone is hit, there is no transgression. Commanding is a misdeed. A bhikkhu should not be offered labor on the road, but the labor should be returned. Utensils may also be taken. Knowing the time, if one is able, one should go together. If one is not able, one should first wash the bowl and apply oil. Or one should greet without eating food. If it is done in another way, it is a misdeed. Distributing medicinal residue and salty food to the sangha, as well as to the sick and erecting banners, there is no transgression. Because of fear of a bull, if one pretends to hit a child and he dies, there is no transgression. One should knowingly enter among the bulls. Similarly, if a strong person holding a stick stands up and dies because of that action, and if one throws a wooden pestle from among the robes and does not die, and similarly with ashes and oppression. One should knowingly oppress. If one gives the advice to "sit down" in a place with the threat of tigers and is eaten, there is no transgression. If that śirika (corpse-ground attendant) makes a gesture and dies while walking, there is no transgression. One should not walk in that way. Similarly, if one takes a friend who has not been well for long after recovering from illness, and he dies from exhaustion, that is also the case. One should not entangle in that way. If one oppresses with the intention to harm and he dies, it is a grave offense, and the main issue is not yet finished.

Nā no! If you intend to kill me, it is a grave offense. If you bind someone with ropes out of anger, or cut off someone else's limbs and extremities, it is a grave offense. If an unskilled doctor allows a knife to be used on the face, it is a grave offense. If there is no great doctor, applying medicine to the wound will not lead to error. If the one to be struck is someone else, but another is struck, it becomes a serious transgression. Similarly, cutting off hemorrhoids is also the same. However, it should be killed with medicine and mantras. Secretly engaging in sexual acts, even if a woman becomes a hermaphrodite, will result in defeat. Becoming a hermaphrodite, and falling to the level of a novice monk, is a grave offense. Becoming the third bama, the end. In the vast city, the monks on the banks of the delightful Ganges River, for the sake of a small offering, speak in front of relatives as if there is no higher human dharma, clinging to the basis of possession, gain, and respect, bound by these afflictions, this is the fourth. The so-called "non-manifest knowledge" means that if the object of knowledge is not like permanence, etc., then it is not completely used apart from it. The so-called "non-omniscience" means that if the object of knowledge is like impermanence, etc., then it is not completely determined. That is, one does not know what exists as it truly exists, and one does not understand what does not exist as it truly does, which is the opposite of this. The so-called "non-existence" refers to the very dharma that transcends humanity, which is non-existent in its own nature. The so-called "non-existence while" refers to the very dharma that transcends humanity, which is non-existent to me. The so-called "dharma that transcends humanity" refers to that which is particularly superior to the five obscurations of ordinary people. The remaining words are an elaboration of this. The so-called "end" refers to the highest. The so-called "noble" refers to being far removed from sins. Or, it is the noble among the noble. The so-called "obtaining the distinction of the noble" does not refer to strength and taming the mind, etc. In another sense, the so-called "end" refers to nirvana, because all craving is exhausted there. The so-called "obtaining distinction" refers to the four fruits of a renunciate. The so-called "knowing" and "seeing" refer to the dharmas of suffering, etc.
