If one commits both times, it is a grave offense. If one perceives a human as a place of rebirth for animals, it is a minor offense. If one perceives a human as a non-human, it is said to be a grave offense. If a fugitive is questioned by an executioner, and one points him out with the intention to kill, it is as it is. If, from among many, one points out another with the intention to kill one person, it is a grave offense. For a mind that does not point out, it is a minor offense. If one strikes with the intention to joke, and that person dies, it is a minor offense. If one who has not taken full ordination engages in sexual activity, and dies after taking full ordination, there are two possibilities, namely the four extremes, as before. If one who is not skilled, and is not a beginner, if there is no fear of wrongdoing, and one gives with faith, but there is no intention to steal, and there are no two minds, then the precepts should be given. If one is carried away by water, or is very thirsty, if one does not reach out with one's hand, or because one likes death, in order to save one who is about to die, water or anything else, if one has the ability but does not do it, or neglects it, one commits a transgression. If one kills someone who is about to be killed by another, and who has not been devoured by demons, it is a grave offense. If one has not been devoured by demons, it is a defeat. In order to avoid harm, if one strikes indiscriminately, and there is no intention to kill but one dies, it is a grave offense. If one does not die, it is a minor offense. If one intends to kill, it is a fundamental offense. If there is no intention to kill a monk, but because a sick person thinks of dying, one speaks words that are in accordance with this, or one gives a knife or rope without thinking, one commits a minor offense. If one places poison nearby, one commits a minor offense. One should not let an unskilled person care for the sick. If such a situation arises, one should make him understand. If one urges a sick person to get up, saying that if he does not get up he will die, and that person also says, "Get up," and then dies, it is a grave offense. Similarly, one should speak of other actions as well. If one says to a sick person, "Take a bath," or "Get up," and so on, if one dies from fatigue from these exhortations, there is no transgression. If a renunciate dies from touching a plow while plowing, it is the same. If the attendant of a seriously ill patient dies, and one goes to the village thinking it is nothing, or the attendant is tired, or because one wants his belongings, one does not care for the patient, thinking he will die soon, and that person also dies, it is a grave offense. Even though there is beneficial food, one says it is not beneficial.

Giving is coarse. If there is no benefit or benefit, there is no fall if you die. If an immature acne is pierced and dies, it is coarse. There is no fall in maturity. There is no fall if the knife edge is deep from bloodletting. Do not bloodletting without learning. The bowl or Dharma robe of a certain monk will become mine. In order not to do the karma of the bowl and Dharma robe, if you develop a mind like a candala, it will become a serious crime. However, a monk should protect the bowl like protecting his eyes. If you don't burn what should be burned, or if you don't sew what should be sewn, it will become a serious crime. Similarly, the Dharma robe should also be protected like the skin. If you should wash, sew, and change the face, but you don't do so, it is an evil deed. Rejoicing after giving something that will flow out of another person's womb will become a serious crime. When building a wall, if a brick is thrown from hand to hand, and a monk throws a brick and hits the monk's head and dies, there is no fall. But the brick should be handed from hand to hand, not thrown. If there is a crack, it should be reported. When climbing a ladder, the knot should be thrown away. It is also possible to work on top. It is not necessary below. If you are a helper in building a wall, do it once and do not wait until the sun rises. Winter is afternoon. Spring is morning. You must also know the time and let it go. For example, after washing your hands and feet, the beggar goes to beg. What is obtained from the Sangha is in the Sangha. The common practice of helping to build a wall is to give the Sangha oil, noodles, drinks, hand threads, and foot threads. Otherwise, it is an evil deed. If a monk drops a beam because it is too heavy and the carpenter dies, there is no fall. Lift heavy loads. If such an accident occurs, put a householder in the middle, and then lift it together, put it down together, and lifting a load that cannot be borne will become a serious crime. One load for an ordinary person is two loads for a monk, and no more can be lifted. The monk's head and shoulders
