ལུས་མི་བསྒྱུར་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཟུགས་འཚོང་མ་བཞིན་དུ་མི་བྱའོ། །ལག་པ་མི་ཀྱོག་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བྱིས་པ་ཁྱེའུ་དག་དང་སྨྱོན་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བཞིན་དུའོ། །མགོ་མི་བསྒྱུར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གླང་པོ་ཆེའམ་རྩངས་པ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཕྲག་པ་མི་སྤྲད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྐྱེས་བུས་དྲིས་བྱུགས་པ་ལས་ཕྲག་པས་བསྣུན་ཏེ་ལྟུང་བར་བྱས་པས་ཉས་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཏེ། དེ་ནི་གཞན་ལ་ཕྲག་པ་སྤྲད་དེ་འགྲོ་བར་མི་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ལག་བ་མི་སྦྲེལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཕ་རོལ་པོའི་ལག་པ་དང༌། ལག་པ་སྤྲེལ་ཏེ་བཟུང་བར་འགྲོ་བར་མི་བྱའོ། །མ་བསྒོ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་མཉན་ཡོད་ན་སྟེ། ཉེ་དགའ་ལས་བརྩམས་ནས་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་གཙང་སྦྲ་འདོད་པའི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་ཁྲི་ལ་འདུག་པའི་ཕྱིར་བཅས་སོ། །མ་བརྟགས་བར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་མཉན་ཡོད་ན་སྟེ། འཕགས་པ་འཆར་ཀ་ལས་བརྩམས་ནས་ཁྱེའུ་བསད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །ལུས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ལྗིད་ཀྱིས་མི་དབབ་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སེར་སྐྱའི་གནས་ན་སྟེ། འཆར་ཀ་ལས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་བཙུན་མོའི་འཁོར་དག་གིས་སྨྲས་པ་དང༌། སྟན་ལ་དྲག་ཏུ་འདུག་པས་ལྟུང་བའི་ཕྱིར་བཅས་སོ། །རྐང་བ་མི་བསྣོལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྐང་པའི་སྟེང་དུ་རྐང་པ་མི་གཞག་པའོ། །རྐང་པ་མི་དགུག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དགེ་བསྙེན་མ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བའི་ཚེ་རྐེད་པ་བཅལ་ནས་སྦོམ་པ་ལ་ལྟོས་ཤིག་ཅེས་དེ་སྐད་སྨྲས་པའི་ཕྱིར་བཅས་སོ། ། རྐང་པ་མི་གདངས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྐང་པ་གཅིག་ལོགས་ཤིག་ཏུ་བརྐྱང༌། གཉིས་པ་ཡང་ལོགས་ཤིག་ཏུ་བརྐྱང་པའོ། །མདོམས་མི་སྣང་བར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཅི་ནས་སྒྲེན་མོར་མི་སྣང་བའོ། །རྒྱལ་བུ་གཞོན་ནུ་རྟོགས་ལྡན་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཁང་བཟངས་སུ་སྲུང་མ་དག་གིས་ལྷུང་བཟེད་བཅག་པས་ན་འབྲས་ཆན་འདྲིམ་པའི་ཚེ་ལྷུང་བཟེད་ལོགས་ཤིག་ཏུ་ཕྱུང་བས་འབྲས་ཆན་ས་ལ་བོ་བའི་ཕྱིར་འདི་སྐད་དུ་ལེགས་པར་ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །མུ་དང་ཁད་ཆད་དུ་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཅི་ནས་སྟེང་ནས་བོ་བར་འགྱུར་བའི་ཕྱིར་མུ་དང་ཁད་ཆད་དུ་མི་བྱའོ། །སྲན་ཚོད་དང་མཉམ་པར་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཚོད་མ་དང་མཉམ་བ་མ་ཡིན་པ་སྟེ། ཅི་ནས་སྟེང་དུ་འབྲས་ཆན་བླུགས་ནས་འབོ་བའི་ཕྱིར་སྔར་ཚོད་མ་མང་དུ་བླང་བར་མི་བྱའོ། །མཐར་ཆགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འབྲས་ཆན་དང་ཚོད་མ་ཇི་ལྟར་འོངས་པ་བཞིན་བླང་བར་བྱའི། རིང་དུ་སོང་བ་ལ་འབོད་པར་མི་བྱའོ། །མ་འོངས་པར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཐང་དུ་མ་བྱིན་བའོ། །སྟེང་དུ་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འཕགས་པ་དག་གཙང་སྦྲ་ནི་སོ་སོར་ཐ་དད་པ་ལགས་ན་ཞེས་འཇིག་རྟེན་པ་སྨོད་པའི་ཕྱིར་བཅས་སོ། །ལེགས་པར་ཟས་བཟའ་བར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཟུགས་འཚོད་མ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་རྣམ་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཧ་ཅང་ཆུང་པ་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རིགས་གྱི་མནའ་མ་བཞིན་དུ་ཆུང་དུ་མ་ཡིན་པའོ། །ཧ་ཅང་ཆེན་པོ་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་རི་གང་མཁུར་བ་གང་བར་གྱུར་ནས་མུ་ཏོ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །མ་གཟས་པར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་མ་འོངས་པར་ཁ་གདགས་ཏེ་འདུག་པས་ན་ཁར་བོང་བ་བཅུག་ནས་ཉེས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །འབྲས་ཆན་གྱིས་ཚོད་མ་མི་དགབ་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གང་ན་འབྲས་ཆན་མང་ཚོད་མ་ཉུང་བའོ། །སྲན་ཚོད་ཀྱིས་འབྲས་ཆན་མི་དག་བ་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གང་འབྲས་ཆན་ཉུང་དུ་ཐོབ་ལ་སྲན་ཚོད་མང་བ་ན་ཕྱིས་ཀྱང་འདོད་དེ་ཡང་འཐོབ་ཏུ་རེ་བའོ། །ཙུག་ཙུག་མི་བྱ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་མཉན་ཡོད་ན་ཚོད་མ་ཤིན་ཏུ་མངར་བ་ལ་སྐྱུར་བ་བྲོ་བར་སྟོན་ཅིང་འཕྱབས་ཉེས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །བལྕག་བལྕག་མི་བྱ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཚོད་མ་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྐྱུར་བ་ལ་མངར་བར་བྲོ་བར་སྟོན་ཅིང་འཕྱ་བས་ཉེས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །ཧུ་ཧུ་མི་བྱ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འབྲས་ཆན་ཚ་བ་ལ་ཁའི་དབུགས་ཀྱིས་བསྲོ་བར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་ནས་འཕྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ རོ། །ཕུ་ཕུ་མི་བྱ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འབྲས་ཆན་ཤིན་ཏུ་གྲང་བ་ལ་ཕུ་ཕུ་ཞེས་བྱས་ལ་གྲང་བར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་ནས་འཕྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །ཁ་ཁམ་དང་བཅས་པས་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྒྲ་མི་སྙན་པར་འབྱུང་བའི་ཉེས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །འབྲུ་ནས་ཐ་དད་དུ་མི་བྱ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འབྲས་ཆན་འབྲུ་ནས་སོ་སོར་གཏོར་ཏེ་བྱ་གག་བཞིན་བཟའ་བར་མི་བྱའོ། །འཕྱས་མི་གདགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཁ་བའམ་སྐྱུར་བ་ལ་སོགས་པས་ཁ་ཟས་ལ་འཕྱས་གདགས་པར་མི་བྱའོ། །དྲིས་ནས་སྦྱིན་བདག་གིས་ནི་བྱིན་ནོ། །ལེན་པ་པོས་ནི་ཟོས་སོ། །འབྱུང་བ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ནི་ཚིམས་པར་བྱས་སོ། །ཉིན་ཞག་གཅིག་གི་ལམ་བརྒྱགས་ཀྱི་ཟན་ནི་བླངས་སོ་ཞེས་སྨྲ་བར་བྱའོ། །མཁུར་བ་མི་སྤོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཡི་ག་འཆུས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་མཁུར་བ་ནས་མཁུར་བར་སྤོ་ཞིང་བཟའ་བར་མི་བྱའོ། །ཁམ་འཕྲོར་མི་བཅད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཇི་ལྟར་ཕྱེད་ཁའི་ནང་དུ་བཅུག་ལ། ཕྱེད་ལྷུང་བཟེད་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་ལྟུང་བར་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ལྕེ་མི་དབྱུང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལྕེས་མཆུ་བལྡག་པར་མི་བྱའོ། །མཆོད་རྟེན་འདྲ་བར་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཕྱེ་སྦྲུས་ནས་སྟེང་དུལ་ཕུག་བཞག་སྟེ། དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཡང་ཁུར་བ་གཞག་ནས་ངན་འགྲོ་རྫོགས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་རྟེན་ནོ་ཞེས་འཕྱས་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །ལག་པ་མི་བལྡག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། མུ་ཏོ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ལྷུང་བཟེད་

所谓“身体不摇摆”,就是不要像妓女一样。 所谓“手臂不弯曲”,就是不要像小孩和疯子一样。 所谓“头不摇动”,就是不要像大象或乌鸦一样。 所谓“肩膀不倚靠”,是因为有人涂油后,肩膀倚靠导致跌倒而受伤。意思是不要倚靠他人的肩膀行走。 所谓“手不相牵”,就是不要牵着别人的手一起走。 所谓“不劝请”,是在舍卫城,因为近喜(Nanda)而制定,因为他坐在婆罗门和洁净者所希望的家中之床上。 所谓“不观察”,是在舍卫城,因为圣者匝嘎(Ccagga)而制定,因为他杀了一个孩子。 所谓“不用全身的重量压”,是在迦毗罗卫城,因为匝嘎(Ccagga)的比丘尼眷属说了,用力坐在座位上导致跌倒而制定。 所谓“脚不交叉”,就是不要把脚放在另一只脚上。 所谓“脚不弯曲”,是因为有位近事女顶礼时,有人说“看看她的腰有多粗”,因此而制定。 所谓“脚不张开”,就是一只脚向一边伸展,另一只脚也向另一边伸展。 所谓“不显露下体”,就是无论如何都不要显露裸体。 在名为“青年觉悟王子”的楼阁里,守护者们打碎了钵,所以在分发米粥时,把钵拿开,导致米粥洒在地上,因此说了“很好”。 所谓“不断绝”,就是无论如何都不要断绝,因为会从上面掉下来。 所谓“不要像量具一样”,就是不要像量具一样,因为无论如何都不要先拿很多量具,因为会把米粥倒在上面而溢出。 所谓“依次”,就是米粥和佐料应该按照来的顺序拿取,不要呼唤已经过去很久的。 所谓“未来”,就是没有给予汤。 所谓“不在上面”,是因为圣者们说“洁净是各自不同的”,所以世间人责备。

That which is called "not swaying the body" means not to be like a prostitute. That which is called "not bending the arms" means not to be like children and madmen. That which is called "not shaking the head" means not to be like an elephant or a crow. That which is called "not leaning the shoulder" is because a man, having anointed himself with oil, leaned his shoulder and fell, causing injury. It means not to walk leaning on another's shoulder. That which is called "not joining hands" means not to walk holding another's hand. That which is called "not exhorting" is in Shravasti, enacted because of Nanda, because he sat on a bed in the house desired by Brahmins and the pure. That which is called "not examining" is in Shravasti, enacted because of the venerable Ccagga, because he killed a child. That which is called "not pressing down with the weight of the whole body" is in Kapilavastu, enacted because the retinue of the bhikkhunis of Ccagga said, "Sitting heavily on the seat causes one to fall." That which is called "not crossing the legs" means not to place one leg on top of the other. That which is called "not bending the legs" is enacted because when a female lay devotee prostrated, someone said, "Look how thick her waist is!" That which is called "not spreading the legs" means to stretch one leg to one side and the other leg to the other side. That which is called "not exposing the genitals" means not to expose the naked body in any way. In the mansion called "Youthful Awakened Prince," the guardians broke the alms bowl, so when distributing rice porridge, the alms bowl was taken aside, causing the rice porridge to spill on the ground, therefore it was said, "Excellent!" That which is called "not intermittent" means not to be intermittent in any way, because it will fall from above. That which is called "not like a measuring cup" means not to be like a measuring cup, because one should not take a large amount of the measuring cup beforehand, because pouring rice porridge on top will cause it to overflow. That which is called "in order" means that rice porridge and condiments should be taken in the order in which they come, and one should not call for what has passed for a long time. That which is called "not in the future" means not giving the soup. That which is called "not on top" is because the venerable ones said, "Purity is separate and distinct," so worldly people rebuke.
