When it happens, hearing the request means having received the full ordination. The opposite means not having received the full ordination. If one performs the act of sitting in the sky while sitting on the ground, it should be said that the act was not done. By what measure should it be said that one has received full ordination? It is when one understands the request and the four karmas. Even if the boundaries of the eighteen places to be established are pressed down, among which eighteen individuals can full ordination be given with one request? There are such people. Full ordination can be obtained in ten ways: without a teacher, such as the Tathagatas and the Pratyekabuddhas. By realizing wisdom, such as the fifth group. By pleasing with questions, namely Sudāna. By taking refuge, namely the virtuous assembly of sixty with three recitations. By promising to be a teacher, namely Mahākāśyapa. In the borderlands, it is the Vinaya holder and five. In the central region of the country, it is the union of ten. For those who have vowed to uphold the heavy precepts, it is Mahāprajāpatī Gautamī. By a messenger, namely Dharma-dinnā. Now, it is the union of both assemblies. The phrase "Come here, Bhikshu" is the tenth, because it is the last existence, except for the phrase "Come here, Bhikshu," from the establishment of the precepts onwards, no one else can give full ordination. Regarding the proper conduct after full ordination: the junior should prostrate to the senior. First, the age should be asked. Also, the time should be asked. There are five times: four months of winter, four months of spring, one month of summer, one day of dead summer, and three months of long summer minus one day. One should prostrate to four and not prostrate to ten. What are the four? Namely, the Tathagata, whom the world with gods should prostrate to, and all householders should prostrate to the ordained, and all those who have received full ordination should prostrate to those who received full ordination earlier, except for nuns. All those who have not received full ordination should prostrate to those who have received full ordination. What are the ten to whom one should not prostrate? Namely, the four who practice swelling, etc., and those who have been given training, and the three who have been expelled from the Sangha, namely those who have not seen the downfall, and those who have returned to lay life, and those who do not abandon their views; these three are those who have been expelled from the Sangha.
