It is called 'Dependent Child'. There are five kinds of teachers. The teacher of a novice monk, that is, the one who gives refuge and precepts. The secret guide, that is, the one who shows a secluded place. The worker, that is, the one who performs the petition and the four karmas. The dwelling teacher, that is, the one who arranges a dwelling even for just one night. The reader, that is, the one who can grasp one verse of the four root verses. There are two kinds of Sangha: in the central region, ten people are needed, and in the border region, five people are needed. If ordination is performed with more than the required number of people, then although it is complete, those people will become serious offenders. Beings who have taken full ordination, the Tathagata should not be counted as part of the Sangha. Deaf people, mad people, those who have made promises, etc., are not counted as part of the Sangha, then it is not complete. To whom should full ordination be given? It should not be given to those who have lost their intention, those who have lost their basis, those who have lost their manhood, those who have lost their white dharma, those who are controlled by others, and those who have lost their faith. Among them, those who have lost their intention are those who have renounced due to being threatened by debt, threatened by fear, or threatened by the fear of livelihood. Those who have lost their basis are those who have lost it due to diseases and harms such as hemorrhoids and cataracts. Those who have lost their manhood are the five types of eunuchs: those who are born eunuchs, that is, those who are born neither male nor female; half-month eunuchs, that is, those who are male for half a month and become female for half a month; touching eunuchs, that is, those whose genitals shrink when touched by others; jealous eunuchs, that is, those who become jealous when they see others having sex; and damaged eunuchs, that is, those whose genitals are injured by disease or weapons. The first four should be rejected. The last one, if it can be transformed, should not be approached, it should be abandoned. If the situation changes, it should be rejected. Those who have lost the white dharma are those who are non-Buddhists other than relatives of the Shakya clan, Mamaki, and Rapachen. Others should be placed for four months, and the abbot should give things of the value of clothing, the Sangha should give food, and the novice monks should be assigned work according to their order.

This should be done. After making the mind happy, one should ordain them. "Expelling a Bhikshuni" means expelling a Bhikshuni who has not committed any of the eight defeat offenses by engaging in impure conduct. If one has touched the body before and later engages in impure conduct, it is not expelling a Bhikshuni. "Abiding in thieving means" means one who, having ordained oneself, naturally abides and has experienced two or three times the Uposatha karma together. As in the case of asking a Brahmin girl, it is said to be through a request and four karmas. Purification karma refers to the request for full ordination, or the request and two karmas, or the request and four karmas, or the Uposatha, or the Pravāraṇā, or the appointment of twelve people, all of which are said to have been experienced. "Entering a Tirthika" means that whichever Tirthika likes to hold the banner of this doctrine, delights in their view, abides there, abandons all training, and discards the monastic robes until dawn. Killing a mother, killing a father, killing an Arhat, drawing blood from the Tathagata with malicious intent, and causing dissension in the Sangha, that is, dividing the Sangha with non-Dharmic thoughts. If a defeat offense occurs, one should be expelled, and those who should be expelled, such as expelling a Bhikshuni, should be expelled even if these occur. "Dwelling in a different place" means that there are two situations: one who intentionally goes from the side of Dharma to the side of non-Dharma, and one who is expelled from the dwelling by the Sangha with a request and karma. If, when first descending, one practices again when receiving Bhikshu ordination, then it is receiving Bhikshu ordination. Otherwise, it is not. If, after receiving Bhikshu ordination, one does not acknowledge it, then it is not a good Bhikshu ordination. One should be expelled from the dwelling again. If one receives Bhikshu ordination after acts of intimidation, it becomes a serious offense. That is also the decay of the karma of cutting off offenses. "Being under the power of another" means a slave or one seized by the king, and those not permitted by their mother and father. There is no offense in being far away in a remote area.
