It was done. Some say that if one perceives a non-bhikshuni as a bhikshuni, it is itself a downfall. The ninth. The origin is in Shravasti: A bhikshu was going from Rajagriha to Shravasti, and a weaver's wife, angry about household matters, also went with him, and the weaver caught up and said that my wife had been robbed, making a loud noise. That bhikshu was therefore beaten very badly, so while walking on the road, this was taken as the reason, and the tenth (rule) was established due to the initial affliction of distrust. What is called "without a man" refers to that. What is called "woman" refers to what can be used for intercourse. What is called "walking on a small path" refers to the path of a monastery. What is called "between villages" refers to even a distance of one yojana. Half a yojana apart, one commits a misdeed. One yojana apart, one commits a downfall. Perceiving a manless person as manless has six aspects: two downfalls, two misdeeds, and two without downfalls. Similarly, perceiving a woman as a woman also has six aspects. Being with a transformation woman, or a goddess, or a hermaphrodite woman, or a two-sexed woman, or one who cannot be used for intercourse, one commits a misdeed. Some say that being with a man, or even without a man, even if there is no woman, if one perceives it that way, it is itself a downfall. A woman makes an obstacle, or gets lost, and there is no downfall in leading a woman onto the right path. The tenth. These ten also include: enjoying lice and other things that should be abandoned, enjoying talking with those who have fallen, enjoying being fond of playing, enjoying a female lay devotee, enjoying monastic robes, enjoying walking on the road. That is, the first, second, ninth, third, fourth, sixth, fifth, seventh, eighth, tenth, in that order. The seventh section ends. In Shravasti: Another bhikshu went with merchants, gamblers, etc., and was beaten very badly by the gamblers, so while walking on the road, this was taken as the reason, and the first section on stealing was established due to the affliction of distrust. What is called "agreed-upon thief" refers to a thief.

A thief named "Ma" is someone who destroys villages and robs merchants. Going on the road called "འདྲོན་ལམ་དུ་འགྲོ་ན་" refers to the path of a monastery. Between villages, committing a downfall (ltaung byed) every "རྒྱང་གྲགས་". Committing a misdeed (nyes byas) every half "རྒྱད་གྲགས་". Some say that committing a downfall every arrow-shot (མདའ་འྲྒྱང་). In that case, there is no downfall for walking a full arrow-shot. Being with the insane, the mentally disturbed, those threatened by sensations, those who steal food, and merchant thieves, one commits a misdeed. Regarding thieves with the same intention, recognizing them with the same intention, there are six situations. Some say that even if it is not so, if one thinks so, one commits a downfall. This is the first. In Shravasti (མཉན་ཡོད་ན།), Maudgalyayana's son (མཽད་གལ་གྱི་བུ) caused seventeen groups to take full ordination, so taking the basis of full ordination as the standard because of being tormented by fever, the second is because of the afflictions of holding the Sangha. The so-called not yet twenty years old is because of being unable to endure the suffering of fever, thirst, and so on. The so-called taking full ordination refers to who takes full ordination, for whom full ordination is taken, and how full ordination is taken, likewise, all actions of full ordination should be understood from the characteristics of full ordination. Among them, who takes full ordination refers to the preceptor, the teacher, and the Sangha. There are two types of preceptors: the one who gives novice ordination and the one who gives full ordination. For those who are ten years old, possessing five qualities, namely knowing downfalls, not knowing downfalls, knowing heavy offenses, knowing light offenses, and being able to recite the Pratimoksha Sutra, and being able to recite it in detail. Permission and allowance, heavy and light downfalls, precepts and knowing no downfalls, holding the Pratimoksha. Diseases, regrets, and the gods, not doing unpleasant liberation, introducing into ethical conduct, possessing ethical conduct and being learned. If it is not clear, even if one is sixty years old, one should live dependent on others. One should not give novice ordination, one should not give full ordination, one should not give lodging. Except for doing prostrations, all other tasks should be done by the resident. This person's name is also called resident.
