etc. If summoned by the order of the king, etc., one should go, as mentioned before. Viewing is also permitted. This is actually a re-prohibition, because of the difference between near and far, etc. "Arrangement" means arranging for combat. Or, the best of banners, which is related to experiencing viewing, is viewing and seeing. There are three types of banners: the lion, the chief of the herd, and the makara banner. Which of them goes in front. "The best of the army" means which of the four types of armies goes first. "Arranging the battlefield" means arranging in four forms, such as the shape of a grain heap, the shape of a chariot, the shape of a crescent moon, and the shape of a garuda's wings. "Experiencing viewing" means viewing or arranging those. "Viewing the army" means viewing the army beyond the forms of the army that have already been shown. So, what kind of downfall will occur from this? If one disturbs elephants, etc., that are wearing armor, it will lead to a downfall. If one disturbs those not wearing armor, one will commit a minor offense. From setting out to viewing the army, if one experiences viewing, it will lead to a downfall. If there is an obstacle, there will be no downfall. Seventh (rule). In Shravasti. Because of striking and saying that one cannot listen to the admonishments to the seventeen groups, therefore, based on friendship, and because of unbearable afflictions, the eighth (rule) was established. If one holds the signs of a bhikshu's attire, is one a bhikshu? Even if one is not a bhikshu, it is okay, or if there is a perception or doubt there, it is okay. If one thinks of striking but does not think of killing, then fingers, etc., even up to the toes, or bricks, etc., even up to a mustard seed, from arrows, etc., to a broom of willow branches, striking with these will lead to a downfall. From the fingers to the mustard seed, or even a broom of willow branches, using that many (things) will lead to a downfall. If mustard seeds, etc., hit the body, a corresponding number of minor offenses will occur. If one thinks of killing, one will commit a grave offense. Not a bhikshuni.

Even if it is for uncertain things, such as a pillar or a wall, or anything else, if you approach and clearly think about it and then touch it, you will commit a misdeed. If you are not angry, or if there is an intention to express goodwill, there is no downfall. The eighth ends. The ninth should also be understood in the same way, especially in terms of intimidation. Thinking of hitting and then acting with hands, etc., is intimidation. As soon as you intimidate, you immediately constitute a downfall. If one beating intimidates many people, the number of downfalls is the same as the number of monks. For an angry monk, one should quickly ask for forgiveness, but not for someone who has just become angry. Even so, one should not be arrogant like a lion, but should be clever and knowledgeable. For an angry person, if you can get very close, you should bow. And you should say "Arogya." One should dissuade two people who are fighting. One should not sit next to lay people who are fighting and need to divide the land. If you do not do as stated, you will commit a misdeed. The ninth ends. In Shravasti, Nanda fell into a Sanghavasesa offense, and Dharma saw him. He said to him, "I will cover up your teacher's offense, and you should cover up mine." But he did not agree and told the monks, so for the sake of Nanda, based on friendship, with the defilement of concealment, a Sangha of ten was formed. The so-called "knowing" means knowing oneself or hearing from others. The so-called "bhikshu" refers to someone who has precepts or whose precepts are corrupted, but still has the appearance of a bhikshu. The so-called "bad place" refers to being completely defeated by a Parajika offense or completely defeated by a Sanghavasesa offense. The so-called "concealment" is to hide. So, how does a downfall occur? Whether seeing or hearing, as long as the mind of concealment arises, at the rise of dawn, it will constitute a downfall. Before that, it is a misdeed. Some say that if you say nothing when asked, it will also constitute a downfall. Clearly thinking, "This is a bad place related to sexual intercourse." In this way, it is shown that this is a bodily action. For Parajika offenses and pure Sanghavasesa offenses, it constitutes a downfall. For downfalls and individual confessions
