Furthermore, these one and six, and one and the order as such. To fully enjoy is sixfold: to fully enjoy after abandoning, and to fully enjoy by relying, and to fully enjoy separately, and to fully enjoy at an inappropriate time, and to fully enjoy by storing, and to fully enjoy without being given. The four assemblies. Having started from the dispute in Kauśāmbī, making the basis of fully taking water the main thing, in the afflictions without compassion, together with the first assembly of water. The so-called "fully enjoying" is twofold: the inner body and the outer alms bowl, reverence, and so on. This will be particularly shown on the basis of the precepts established in this way. There, the main thing is taking, but here it is for the sake of fully enjoying. Then, how does a downfall occur? The water is also manifestly fully enjoyed. The monk is also because of desire, and hatred, and delusion, and loss of mindfulness, or for any reason, a downfall will occur, therefore being completely entangled, or now because of fatigue, or heat, etc., becoming attached to water, and that water is also dirtied by many, or slightly dirtied is also okay, with or without living beings, examined or unexamined is also okay, the monk also asks, thinking "are there living beings?" and also approving of using it, therefore not looking for what will cause changes, and not taking countermeasures, and whatever is carried in bottles, etc., whatever is drunk will cause a downfall. Some say that taking as much as possible and drinking it all will only cause one downfall. Generating the mind is a misdeed, and should be contemplated. Until the action is completely fulfilled, it is a misdeed and should be confessed. Similarly, this should also be said for all downfalls. If loss of mindfulness reaches its limit, it is also a misdeed. Regarding things with living beings, perceiving them as having living beings, there are six situations: two are downfalls, two are misdeeds, and two are without downfalls.
