By what means? By bodily expression? By miraculous power? By liberation? If one says it is good to cut down trees, if one cuts them down, one commits an offense. Cutting down lotus stems and stone ornaments constitutes an offense. Some people's view is that in the classification of offenses, a bhikkhu should strive to prevent bees from landing on a honeycomb. If one does not do so, one commits an offense. Destroying a place inhabited by spirits and occupied by living beings constitutes an offense. If it is not occupied by living beings, or if one destroys a nest without eggs, or breaks rotten eggs, there is no offense. One should destroy all one hundred things that do not harm living beings. If one does not intend to destroy completely, but shakes it? Semen, etc., whether male, or excrement, or vomit, there is no offense, but one should make the roots and fruits edible before eating them. There are five ways to make them edible: making them edible with fire, making them edible with weapons, making them edible with age, making them edible by removing wounds with Ne Tso (a Tibetan medicine), and making them edible with fingernails. There are also five: removing, cutting, slicing, digging, and the absence of seed nature. Fruits such as grapes, piled up, touching three or four places with fire, then all can be eaten. Weapons and fingernails, then one by one. In other ways, by whatever means, as long as it is damaged, even saliva, or mold, or damage, it can be eaten. There is something called unripe grain, if one makes it moist with steam and consumes it, there is no offense. If a bhikkhu makes it edible with a weapon, then it can be eaten. If one makes it edible with fire, because it is cooked by oneself, it cannot be eaten. Because the seed is destroyed, it may also become an offense. Land is edible or inedible, there is a way to make it edible, if one makes it edible, it has been done, except for making it edible with fire, then it can be eaten. Entering the path to a monastery, without having received full ordination, or in times of famine, there is no offense. This is the first. In Shravasti, friends and things born from the earth are included, but openly mocking giants and wealth, and making oblique mockery with the word "some," this is the basis of disrespect, because it is the affliction of hatred, so the second was established.

Mocking or sarcasm refers to the association of the words mocking and sarcasm. Among them, mocking refers to openly saying things like "This living being deliberately torments people." Sarcasm refers to saying things like "Some people understand" without naming names, whether openly or not. Both of these behaviors, either one, will lead to downfall. Among them, if one mocks or satirizes a monk appointed by the Sangha, he should be included in the list by means of solicitation and two karmas. A monk who has been included in the list, whether he has abandoned the joint karma of twelve people, or has not abandoned the karma, whether he has not been appointed, or both cases, whether it is open or not, as long as there is another naturally existing person who satirizes or mocks in front of him, it will lead to downfall. If not included in the list, it is a misdeed. The twelve people refer to the large house, which is explained in the basis of the monastic discipline. If one perceives existence as existence and mocks it, there is no downfall. If one perceives existence as non-existence, or hesitates, and mocks it, it is a misdeed. If one perceives non-existence as non-existence, or hesitates, and mocks it, it will lead to downfall. If one perceives non-existence as existence, there is also no downfall. For those belonging to the animal realm, or being told by others, or not understanding their language, or perceiving non-seclusion as seclusion and mocking it, or vice versa, in short, if one does not understand any naturally existing thing, then all of these will lead to the downfall of misdeeds. For mocking, it is necessary to re-impose punishment, that is, the unbeliever mocks existence. It is also necessary to remain neutral, that is, the believer mocks non-existence out of anger, and should not respond with angry thoughts. There, one should be aware and give an answer, that is, the ignorant believer mocks non-existence, mocks untruth, and so on. For this situation, it is also necessary to re-handle it according to the Dharma, that is, the believer mocks existence with truth, and so on. There are also things that should be promised, that is, the ignorant patient should take care of the patient.
