Approaching and appearing within the boundary, requesting forgiveness, and requesting to return from the basis of the activity of reproaching anything. If the time of the Sangha has come and there is forgiveness, may the Sangha grant permission. The Sangha grants forgiveness to the venerable one who requests to seek the nature of Charka. This is the request. Please listen, venerable Sangha. Requesting to seek the nature of the monk Charka, this person's hair stands on end, his hair flutters, and he flatters the Sangha, comes, approaches and appears, is within the boundary, requests forgiveness, and returns from the basis of the activity of reproaching anything. Therefore, if the Sangha grants forgiveness to the monk Charka who requests to seek his nature, then, venerable ones, those who grant forgiveness to the monk Charka who requests to seek his nature, let them remain silent. Those who do not forgive, let them speak. This is the first declaration of action. Similarly, repeat it twice, three times. After the Sangha has forgiven and granted permission, the Sangha grants forgiveness to the monk Charka who requests to seek his nature, in this way, because there is no speaking, it is accepted as such, it is said. Thus, having seen the transgression, requesting forgiveness, if one obtains natural abiding, then that transgression should be confessed according to the Dharma. Just so, if one does not fully understand what accompanies the transgression, then due to the fault of one's own nature, the dispute arising from the transgression itself, because of the transgression, that dispute will be pacified. Thus, if one does not fully understand what accompanies the transgression, then due to the fault of one's own nature, the dispute arising from the transgression itself, because of the transgression, starting to seek the nature of that dispute, it is pacified by giving a gift that is combined with definite clinging. The explanation of pacifying the dispute arising from transgression is finished. Now, the explanation of pacifying the dispute arising from action will be explained, that is, from the fourth cause of dispute, the dispute arising from what is given by a person who is in accordance with the action, through the seven Dharmas of pacifying the dispute arising from action, like before, according to need, unifying them, and giving purity.
