For those wearing crowns and headscarves, bhikkhus should be instructed not to teach the Dharma. For those riding elephants, riding horses, sitting in palanquins, sitting on vehicles, and wearing shoes, they should be instructed not to teach the Dharma. That is to say, for listeners riding elephants, riding horses, sitting in palanquins, sitting on vehicles, and wearing shoes, bhikkhus should be instructed not to teach the Dharma. For those holding canes, holding umbrellas, holding weapons, holding swords, holding arms, and wearing armor, they should be instructed not to teach the Dharma. That is to say, for listeners not holding canes, not holding umbrellas, not holding weapons, not holding swords, not holding arms, and not wearing armor, bhikkhus should be instructed not to teach the Dharma. Regarding this, here, the substantial downfalls of these are specifically prescribed. If the instruction is not given in this way in the substantial situation, it will become the substantial basis for an act of wrongdoing that needs to be confessed. The agents here are the listener, the bhikkhu, and the nature of Dharma. Regarding this, the limbs are each and every one, namely, the accomplishment of the substance itself. For the accomplishment of the application and the application of the application itself, blame should be given as appropriate, and this is the same as before. For those sitting, do not teach the Dharma while standing, and so on. Up to this point, all of these are brief explanations of the instructions given out of respect for the Dharma, and these should be applied as the elaborations here. On top of the previous eighty-two precepts, twenty-six are added here, making a total of one hundred and eight. In summary, there are four types of illnesses, and so on. The sutra summarizing the precepts, as spoken, is: For those who are standing, they should be instructed not to urinate or defecate. For urine, feces, saliva, mucus, vomit, and phlegm in the water, they should be instructed not to discard them. For urine, feces, saliva, mucus, vomit, and phlegm in the direction where there is green grass, they should be instructed not to discard them, and unless harm occurs, they should be instructed not to climb trees higher than the height of a person. These are (the precepts). Regarding this, for those who are standing

The origin of learning not to stand and excrete urine and feces: The Buddha Bhagavan was dwelling in Shravasti, in the Jeta Grove, Anathapindika's Garden. The venerable Nanda, while standing, excreted urine and feces, and was seen by Brahmins, householders, and passersby, who rebuked him, saying: "The disciples of the noble teacher should have a sense of shame. How can this shameless disciple of the Shravakas stand and excrete urine and feces?" At that time, the monks reported this matter to the Bhagavan. The Bhagavan instructed: "Therefore, my Shravaka disciples should recite the basis of learning as follows: 'Learn not to stand and excrete urine and feces.'" The Bhagavan established the precept, the location being Shravasti, the person being Nanda, the affliction being shamelessness, and the fault being not standing and excreting urine and feces. Among these, "Learn not to stand and excrete urine and feces" means that the monk learns not to stand and excrete urine and feces. This precept, as well as the subsequent learning not to discard urine and feces in water or on green grass, etc., is to briefly demonstrate the manner in which the monk's medicine and food, etc., do not contradict the world, do not contradict the precepts, and can be practiced freely. This is a general statement and a detailed explanation, and not a demonstration of other ways. Among these, here the fundamental transgressions are classified: In the fundamental situation, if one does not learn in that way, it will become the basis of a confessional offense. The action of this is that the monk is not ill, yet stands and excretes urine and feces. There is only one branch of this, namely the accomplishment of the fundamental. Regarding the combination and the accomplishment of the combination of combinations, it is also as before, depending on the circumstances. The one hundred and ninth precept. The origin of learning not to discard urine and feces, saliva, mucus, vomit, etc., in water: The Buddha Bhagavan was dwelling in Shravasti, in the Jeta Grove, Anathapindika's Garden. The venerable Nanda went to a washerman and said: "Good sir,
