Having the monastic robe draped over the shoulder, going to another house. What is called not draping is draping the monastic robe on one side of the shoulder, merely draping it, not draping it in that way. For the monks, it is generally known to be draped over the left shoulder. In the place of Zālada, it is said to be draped over both shoulders like carrying a load, not like that, but one should learn to go to another house very carefully. Regarding this, here the fundamental practice is classified, if one does not learn in that way in the fundamental situation, it will become the basis for an offense that should be confessed. The agent here is draping the monastic robe over the shoulder, and the other house itself. Regarding this, there is only one branch, which is the fundamental practice itself. Regarding the combination and the combination of combinations of practice, it can be blamed as appropriate, as before. The eighteenth training is complete. The basis for the training of not going to another house with hands crossed at the neck is: The Buddha Bhagavan was staying in the Nyagrodha Garden in Śākya (Kapilavastu). The group of six monks, with their hands crossed at their necks, were going to other houses. Brahmins and faithful householders saw them and rebuked them, saying: These noble ones are doing this like beggars, gamblers, and swindlers, which is not proper. They said: Do not cross your hands at your necks like this. Knowledgeable people said: There is a need for this. Noble ones, what is the need? First of all, you yourselves are ignorant and uneducated. Hearing them rebuking extensively, at that time the monks reported to the Bhagavan, and the Bhagavan thought: What the householders are saying is true. As before, he established the precept of not going to other houses with hands crossed at the neck. The place was Śākya (Kapilavastu), the people were the group of six monks, the affliction was impropriety, and the fault was going to other houses with hands crossed at the neck. What is called not crossing the hands at the neck is putting the right hand forward, placing it in the direction of the arm, shoulder, or neck, and doing the same with the left hand as with the right hand, that is crossing the hands at the neck, like that.

One should be taught not to cross one's arms and to go to other people's houses very carefully. In this regard, the classification of the fundamental transgression here is that if one does not do so in the fundamental situation, it becomes the basis for an act of wrongdoing that needs to be confessed. The agent here is crossing one's hands in front of one's neck, and the other house itself. In this regard, there is only one branch, which is the accomplishment of the fundamental itself. As for the accomplishment of the preparatory act and the preparatory act of the preparatory act, one should be blamed as appropriate, which is the same as before. The nineteenth precept. The basis for teaching not to cross one's arms behind one's back and to go to other people's houses is that the Buddha, the Bhagavan, was staying in the Nyagrodha Garden in Kapilavastu. The group of six monks crossed their arms behind their backs and went to other people's houses, and were seen by Brahmins and faithful householders who rebuked them, saying: "Venerables, it is not proper for attendants to do this. Do not cross your arms behind your backs like this." They said: "Wise ones, there is a need for this." "Venerables, what is the need?" "First of all, you yourselves are shameless and untaught." Hearing their extensive rebuke, the monks at that time reported to the Bhagavan, and the Bhagavan thought: "What the householders say is true," and as before, he established the rule that one should not cross one's arms behind one's back and should be taught to go to other people's houses. The place was Kapilavastu, the people were the group of six monks, the affliction was impropriety, and the fault was crossing one's arms behind one's back and going to other people's houses. Among them, the term "not crossing one's arms behind one's back" means stretching one's arms out a little firmly, and at the back or shoulders, the two hands touch each other and cross, which is called crossing one's arms behind one's back, and like that, the hands touch each other in the direction of the back. Fingers crossed, like that, one should not cross one's arms behind one's back, and one should be taught to go to other people's houses very carefully. In this regard, the classification of the fundamental transgression here is that if one does not do so in the fundamental situation, it becomes the basis for an act of wrongdoing that needs to be confessed. The agent here is crossing one's arms behind one's back, and the other house itself.
