ཟེ་དང་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དང་པ་ཅན་དག་གིས་མཐོང་ནས་སྨོད་པར་བྱེད་དོ། འཕགས་པ་དག་ཏ་ག་ཀའི་ཡུལ་ན་གནས་པའི་བུད་མེད་དག་དང༌། རིགས་ཀྱི་མནའ་མ་དག་ཤམ་ཐབས་འདི་ལྟར་འཚལ་བས་འདིའི་ཚུལ་དང་མཐུན་པ་མ་ལགས་ཀྱི། ཤམ་ཐབས་ཧ་ཅང་འཇོལ་བར་མ་གསོལ་ཅིག །དེ་དག་གིས་སྨྲས་པ། ཤེས་ལྡན་དག་འདི་ལ་དགོས་པ་ཡོད་དོ། །འཕགས་པ་དག་དགོས་པ་གང་ལགས། ཇེ་དང་པོར་ ཁྱེད་ཅག་ཉིད་མི་ཤེས་པ་དང་བྲལ་བ་དང་བསླབས་པར་གྱུར་པའོ། །དེ་དག་རྒྱ་ཆེར་སྨོད་པ་ལ་ཞུགས་པ་ཐོས་ནས་སྐབས་དེ་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་དང༌། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགོངས་པ། ཁྱིམ་བདག་ཟེར་བ་བདེན་ནོ་སྙམ་ནས་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་དུ། ཤམ་ཐབས་ཧ་ཅང་འཇོལ་བ་མ་ཡིན་པར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བཅའ་བ་མཛད་དེ། ཡུལ་ནི་སེར་སྐྱའི་གནས། གང་ཟག་ནི་དྲུག་སྡེ། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ནི་ཚུལ་དང་མཐུན་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ། ཉེས་པ་ནི་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཧ་ཅང་འཇོལ་བར་གྱོན་པའོ། །དེ་ལ་ཧ་ཅང་འཇོལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལོང་བུའི་ཚིགས་ལ་རེག་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །དེ་ལྟ་བུ་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཟླུམ་པོར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་དངོས་གཞིའི་ལྟུང་བ་རྣམ་པར་གཞག་པ་ནི་དངོས་གཞིའི་གནས་སྐབས་སུ་བསླབ་པ་དེ་ལྟར་མ་བྱས་ན་བཤགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཉེས་བྱས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གཞིར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འདིའི་བྱེད་པ་པོ་ནི་ཤམ་ཐབས་སུ་རུང་བ་དང༌། ཚད་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །འདི་ལ་ཡན་ལག་ནི་གཅིག་སྟེ་དངོས་གཞིའི་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །སྦྱོར་བ་དང་སྦྱོར་བའི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཉིད་དག་ལ་ནི་ཅི་རིགས་པར་ན་སྨད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡང་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་ནོ།། །།བསླབ་པ་གསུམ་པའོ།། །།ཤམ་ཐབས་གླང་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་པར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་གླེང་གཞི་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སེར་སྐྱའི་གནས་ནྱ་གྲོ་དྷའི་ཀུན་དགའ་ར་བ་ན་བཞུགས་སོ། །དྲུག་སྡེ་དག་ཤམ་ཐབས་གྱོན་པ་ན་མདུན་དུ་འཕྱང་བར་བྱེད་ནས། བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དད་པ་ཅན་དག་གིས་མཐོང་ནས་སྨོད་པར་བྱེད་དེ། འཕགས་པ་དག་བྱིས་པ་ཁྱེའུ་དག་དང༌། ཆད་གསར་རོ་བ་དག་དང༌། འབྱུང་པོ་དང་ཤ་ཟས་བརླབས་པ་དག་ཤམ་ཐབས་འདི་ལྟར་འཚལ་བས། ཤམ་ཐབས་གླང་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་པར་བགོ་བར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བཅའ་བ་མཛད་དེ། ཡུལ་ནི་སེར་སྐྱའི་གནས། གང་ཟག་ནི་དྲུག་སྡེ། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ནི་ཚུལ་དང་མཐུན་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ། ཉེས་པ་ནི་ཤམ་ཐབས་གླང་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣ་ལྟར་གྱོན་པའོ། །དེ་ལ་གླང་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣ་ལྟར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གླང་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣ་ལྟར་ནར་བ་སྟེ། འདིར་ཁ་ཚར་དང་ཕུན་ཚར་གྱི་མཐའ་མ་བཅད་པའི་གྲྭ་དག་ལ་གླང་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣ་ལྟར་ནར་བ་དག་ཡོད་པས། དེ་ལྟ་བུ་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཟླུམ་པོར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་འདིར་དངོས་གཞིའི་ལྟུང་བ་རྣམ་པར་གཞག་པ་ནི་དངོས་གཞིའི་གནས་སྐབས་སུ་བསླབ་པ་དེ་ལྟར་མ་བྱས་ན་བཤགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཉེས་བྱས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གཞིར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འདིའི་བྱེད་པ་པོ་ནི་ཤམ་ཐབས་རུང་བ་དང༌། ཚད་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །འདི་ལ་ཡན་ལག་ནི་གཅིག་སྟེ། དངོས་གཞིའི་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །སྦྱོར་བ་དང་སྦྱོར་བའི་སྦྱོར་བའི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཉིད་དག་ལ་ཅི་རིགས་པར་ན་སྨད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡང་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་ནོ། །བསླབ་པ་བཞི་པའོ།། །།ཤམ་ཐབས་ཏ་ལའི་ལོ་མ་ལྟར་བལྟབ་པ་མ་ཡིན་པར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་གླེང་གཞི་ནི། སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སེར་སྐྱའི་གནས་ན་ནྱ་གྲོ་དྷའི་ཀུན་དགའ་ར་བ་ན་བཞུགས་སོ། །དྲུག་སྡེ་དག་ཤམ་ཐབས་གྱོན་པ་ན་གློ་དག་ལྟེབས་པར་བྱེད་ནས། བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དང་པ་ཅན་དག་གིས་མཐོང་ནས་སྨོད་པར་བྱེད་དེ། འཕགས་པ་དག་གར་མཁན་དག་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ནང་ན་ཤམ་ཐབས་འདི་ལྟར་འཚལ་བས་འདི་ནི་ཚུལ་དང་མཐུན་པ་མ་ལགས་ཀྱིས། ཤམ་ཐབས་འདི་ལྟར་མ་གསོལ་ཅིག །དེ་དག་གིས་སྨྲས་པ། ཤེས་ལྡན་དག་འདི་ལ་དགོས་པ་ཡོད་དོ། །འཕགས་པ་དག་དགོས་པ་གང་ལགས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དགོངས་པ་ཁྱིམ་པ་དག་ཟེར་པ་བདེན་ནོ་སྙམ་ནས་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་དུ་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཏེ་ལའི་ལོ་མ་ལྟར་བལྟབ་མ་ཡིན་པར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བཅའ་བ་མཛད་དེ། ཡུལ་ནི་སེར་སྐྱའི་གནས། གང་ཟག་ནི་དྲུག་སྡེ། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ནི་ཚུལ་དང་ལྡན་མཐུན་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ། ཉེས་པ་ ནི་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཏ་ལའི་ལོ་མ་ལྟར་བལྟ་བ་སྟེ་གྱོན་པའོ། །དེ་ལྟ་ཏ་ལའི་ལོ་མ་ལྟར་བལྟབ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གོང་དུ་ལྟེབས་པ་སྟེ། ཤམ་ཐབས་ཀྱི་སྟེང་གི་ཁ་ལོགས་ལྟེ་བའི་གོང་རོལ་དུ་ཏ་ལ་འི་ལོ་མ་ལྟར་ལྟེ་བས་ཤིང་འདུག་པ་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཟླུམ་པོར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་འདིར་དངོས་གཞིའི་ལྟུང་བ་རྣམ་པར་གཞག་པ་ནི། །དངོས་གཞིའི་གནས་སྐབས་སུ་བསླབ་པ་དེ་ལྟར་མ་བྱས་ན་བཤགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཉེས་བྱས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གཞིར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འདིའི་བྱེད་པ་པོ་ནི་ཤམ་ཐབས་སུ་རུང་བ་དང༌། ཚད་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །འདི་ལ་ཡན་ལག་ནི་གཅིག་སྟེ། དངོས་གཞིའི་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །སྦྱོར་བ་དང་སྦྱོར་བའི་སྦྱོར་བའི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཉིད་དག་ལ་ནི་ཅི་རིགས་པར་ན་སྨད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡང་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་ནོ། །བསླབ་པ་ལྔ་པའོ།། །།ཤམ་ཐབས་འབྲུའི་ཕུར་མ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་པར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་གླེང་གཞི་ནི། སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སེར་སྐྱའི་གནས་ན་ནྱ་གྲོ་དྲུའི་ཀུན་དགའ་ར་བ་ན་བཞུགས་སོ། །དྲུག་སྡེ་དག་ཤམ་ཐབས་གྱོན་པ་ན་གློར་བལྟབ་སྟེ་ཕུར་མ་ལྟར་འཇོག་པར་བྱེད་ནས། བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་ཁྱིམ་བདག་དད་པ་ཅན་དག་གིས་མཐོང་ནས་སྨོད་པར་བྱེད་དེ། འཕགས་པ་དག་ནོར་ཅན་དག་དང༌། ཚོང་དཔོན་དག་དང༌། བུད་མེད་དག་ཤམ་ཐབས་འདི་ལྟར་འཚལ་བས་འདི་ནི་ཚུལ་དང་མཐུན་པ་མ་ལགས་ཀྱིས། ཤམ་ཐབས་འདི་ལྟར་མ་གསོལ་ཅིག །དེ་དག་གིས་སྨྲས་པ། ཤེས་ལྡན་དག་འདི་ལ་ནི་དགོས་པ་ཡོད་དོ། །འཕགས་པ་དག་དགོས་པ་གང་ལགས། ཁྱིམ་བདག་ཟེར་བ་བདེན་ནོ་སྙམ་ནས། སྔ་མ་བཞིན་དུ། ཤམ་ཐབས་འབྲུའི་ཕུར་མ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་པར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བཅའ་བ་མཛད་དེ། ཡུལ་ནི་སེར་སྐྱའི་གནས། གང་ཟག་ནི་དྲུག་སྡེ། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ནི་ཚུལ་དང་མཐུན་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ། ཉེས་པ་ནི་ཤམ་ཐབས་འབྲུའི་ཕུར་མ་ལྟར་འདུག་པར་གྱོན་པའོ། །དེ་ལ་འབྲུའི་ཕུར་མ་ལྟར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གློ་ནས་ཕྱི་རོལ་གྱི་རིམ་ བའི་གྲྭ་ཕུར་མ་ལྟར་འདུག་པ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟ་བུ་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཤམ་ཐབས་སུ་ཟླུམ་པོར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་འདིར་དངོས་གཞིའི་ལྟུང་བ་རྣམ་པར་གཞག་པ་ནི་དངོས་གཞིའི་གནས་སྐབས་སུ་བསླབ་པ་དེ་ལྟར་མ་བྱས་ན་བཤགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཉེས་བྱས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གཞིར་འགྱུར་བའོ། །འདིའི་བྱེད་པ་པོ་ནི་ཤམ་ཐབས་རུང་བ་ཉིད་དང༌། ཚད་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །འདི་ལ་ཡན་ལག་ནི་གཅིག་སྟེ། དངོས་གཞིའི་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །སྦྱོར་བ་དང་སྦྱོར་བའི་སྦྱོར་བའི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཉིད་དག་ལ་ནི་ཅི་རིགས་པར་སྨད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡང་སྔ་མ་བཞིན་ནོ། །བསླབ་པ་དྲུག་པའོ།། །།ཤམ་ཐབས་སྦྲུལ་མ་གོའི་གདེངས་ཀ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་པར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་གླེང་གཞི་ནི། སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སེར་སྐྱའི་གནས་ནྱ་གྲོ་དྷའི་ཀུན་དགའ་ར་བ་ན་བཞུགས་སོ། །དེ་ལ་སྦྲུལ་མགོའི་གདེངས་ཀ་ལྟར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཤམ་ཐབས་ཀྱི་ནང་དང་འབྲེལ་པའི་ཁ་ལོགས་མདུན་གྱི་ལྟེ་བའི་འོག་ཏུ་སྦྲུལ་མགོའི་གདེངས་ཀ་ལྟར་ཕྱིར་བྱུང་བ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟ་བུ་མ་ཡིན་པ་ཤ་མ་ཐབས་ཟླུམ་པོར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ། །སྟོད་གཡོགས་ལ་ཡང་རྣམ་གསུམ་དང༌། །ཞེས་གསུངས་པའི་བསླབ་པ་བསྡུ་བའི་དོན་ནི། ཆོས་གོས་ཟླུམ་པོར་བགོ་བར་བསླབ་པར་བྱ་བ་ཆོས་གོས་ཧ་ཅང་རྩེངས་པ་མ་ཡིན་པ་དང༌། 婆罗门和居士以及具信者们见到后便呵责道：圣者们，在达伽嘎地方居住的妇女们以及种姓的新娘们是不会这样穿下裙的，这不合规矩啊！不要把下裙穿得太松垮了！他们说道：有知识的人们，这其中是有必要的啊！圣者们，有什么必要呢？首先，你们自己是不懂事而且需要学习的啊！听到那些人开始大肆呵责后，当时众比丘便禀告世尊，世尊心想：居士们说的是实话啊！于是像之前一样，制定了要教导穿下裙时不要太松垮。地点是在迦毗罗卫国（公元前6世纪-5世纪），人物是六群比丘，烦恼是不合规矩，过失是下裙穿得太松垮。所谓太松垮，就是指接触到胫骨的关节。不要那样，要教导把下裙穿成圆形。其中，实际的堕罪的安立是，在实际情况下，如果没有那样教导，就会变成忏悔罪的实际情况。此事的作者是适合穿下裙并且具有尺度的人。对此，支分只有一个，就是实际的成就。关于结合和结合的成就，如果有什么不合适的，也会像之前一样受到呵责。第三条学处完毕。关于教导不要像大象鼻子那样穿下裙的缘起是，佛陀世尊住在迦毗罗卫国（公元前6世纪-5世纪）的尼拘律陀园。六群比丘们在穿下裙时，让下裙垂在前面，婆罗门和居士以及具信者们见到后便呵责道：圣者们，小孩子们、刚死去的死尸、鬼怪以及用肉食祭祀的人们才会这样穿下裙，这不合规矩啊！不要这样穿下裙！他们说道：有知识的人们，这其中是有必要的啊！圣者们，有什么必要呢？首先，你们自己是不懂事而且需要学习的啊！听到那些人开始大肆呵责后，当时众比丘便禀告世尊
