The fourth is the saying, "Should be added from mixed wool." Fourth, it refers to one part of dye mixed with four parts of material, which is one-fourth, i.e., one-fourth. Mixed wool refers to the wool from the feet, the wool from the head, and the wool from the belly, that is, from these. Should be added means should be mixed. Thus, for one portion of dye for a mat, the raw material is black sheep wool, one-fourth is white, and one-fourth is mixed wool, generally mixed and woven. Half of the mat is black, one-fourth is white, and it is not permissible to make it mottled with the color of mixed wool. If a bhikkhu does not use only two parts of black sheep wool, or the third part is white, and the fourth part does not add mixed wool, that is, it is not mixed. If making a new mat, it refers to making a newly woven mat himself, or having others make it. This is a Nissaggiya Pacittiya, the same as before. This Nissaggiya Pacittiya of mixing two parts, and the previous Nissaggiya Pacittiya of silk wool, and the situation described for the Nissaggiya Pacittiya of using only black wool are similar. The difference lies in that previously it was "silk wool," and "using only black wool," here the different name "mixing two parts" is used to express it. Therefore, it is said that the black sheep wool exceeds half. Here, the fundamental offense is explained in detail: If a bhikkhu is to make a new mat, half is black sheep wool, one-fourth is white, and one-fourth is adding mixed wool, if the black sheep wool exceeds the proportion mentioned, and he himself makes a newly woven mat, or has others make it, then at the time of the initial spreading, it constitutes the fundamental of the Nissaggiya Pacittiya offense of mixing two parts. The actor here is: In a place where black sheep wool is scarce and expensive, using more than half of black sheep wool to meet the size of the mat, or exceeding this amount. This has five limbs constituting the fundamental offense: black sheep wool exceeding half, new mat, mat, made, and the ultimate actor is the initial spreading. If these limbs are incomplete, then a minor offense is constituted as appropriate. The Nissaggiya Pacittiya of mixing two parts, that is, the thirteenth. Six years.

The basis for the abandonment of holding where: The Buddha Bhagavan was dwelling in Shravasti, in the Jeta Grove, in the garden of Anathapindika. At that time, such a multitude of cushions arose for the monks. They (said) this cushion is too long, this is too short, this is too narrow, this is too wide. This has holes in all places, the flesh is exhausted, and it is difficult to repair. Having abandoned it like that, they have others make them. When the monks made and discarded cushions like this, the work did not decrease, but the makers increased, and the recitation, reading, chanting, yoga, attention, and inner mental quiescence were disturbed. A few meaningful monks rebuked, slandered, and ridiculed. At that time, the monks reported to the Bhagavan. Then, the Bhagavan said as before: If a monk makes a new cushion, he should reluctantly keep it for six years. If a monk abandons that old cushion within six years, it is okay, and if he does not abandon it, it is okay. If he makes another new cushion, unless the Sangha allows it, it is an offense of abandonment. Thus, it was established. The place is Shravasti, the individuals are many monks, the afflictions are desire and anger, and the fault is making another new cushion before the cushion has reached six years. Among them, the term "monk" refers to the one who possesses this Dharma. The term "cushion" refers to two types of cushions: those with internal filling and those that are sewn. Here, it is intended to refer to those that are sewn. The term "new" refers to two types of new: newly made and newly obtained. Here, it is intended to refer to newly made. The term "if he makes" means he makes it himself, or has others make it. The term "reluctantly" means unwillingly. The term "should keep it for six years" means it should be kept within six years. The term "if a monk within six years" means within that period. The term "that old cushion" refers to whatever cushion is present. The term "abandoning it is okay, not abandoning it is okay" means having it is okay, not having it is okay. The term "if he makes another new cushion" refers to the second one. The Sangha's
