If it is not suitable to build, it should not be indicated. After that, the Sangha should also make a request and two karmas by one bhikkhu, and then give the indicated monastery site to that bhikkhu. The so-called "bhikkhus who lead" means the bhikkhus who are led there. The so-called "site" means the site that is the site of the monastery. The so-called "suitable" means that there is no snake hole, scorpion hole, or ant hole. The so-called "no dispute" means that it is not the site of the king, the site of the stupa, the site of the heretics, the summer residence of the bhikkhunis, or there are no trees to be cut down. The so-called "suitable for construction" means that within a fathom around it, there is no river, well, road, or cliff. The so-called "should be observed" means that it should be checked separately. If a bhikkhu, for the sake of the Sangha, builds a large monastery that is not suitable, is disputed, is not suitable for construction, and has an owner, or does not lead bhikkhus to observe the site, or does not indicate the site to the bhikkhus who are led, if it exceeds what has been said above, it is a Sanghavasesa. The so-called "Sanghavasesa" is the same as before. Here, regarding the establishment of the root downfall and everything else, it is the same as the case of the house. In particular, the so-called "searching for the site and utensils from other places" means that it is not necessary to search, it is okay to search, and it is okay not to search. The so-called "for one person" should be changed to "for the Sangha." Whether ordained or not, for the purpose of four or more people, and it does not reach that level. Therefore, here it can be changed to: whether a bhikkhu searches for the site and utensils from other places or not, because the site is not clean, or it is not indicated, for the purpose of the Sangha, builds or has built a monastery that can accommodate the four postures, and it is not necessary to reach that level, if it is completed, it will eventually become a Sanghavasesa. The author here is: building a monastery without checking the site and utensils. Here, there are five limbs that become the root downfall: whether the site and utensils are searched for from other places or not, and the

Impurity, non-indication, matters of the Sangha, exhaustion. If those limbs are incomplete, then one should be reproached. This is the seventh Sanghavasesha, the Sanghavasesha of the peak remnant dwelling. The basis for the Sanghavasesha of unfounded accusation: When the Buddha Bhagavan was dwelling in Rajagriha, in the grove of Light, at the place of the Kalanda bird. In the city of Sin-sheng, belonging to the great-nosed one of the giants, named Guo-sheng, who was wealthy and had much wealth, great enjoyment, wide and vast possessions, possessed the wealth of the son of Vaishravana, rivaled Vaishravana in wealth, and allowed the giants to engage in unsurpassed kingship. There was a son there, named Giant Son Wealth, who was the last existence. He had reached the other shore of all fields of knowledge, and having compassion for sentient beings, he sought what was virtuous. He began to seek the joy of definite arising. He gradually asked the six heretical teachers about the nature of the Dharma, the instructions to disciples, the fruit of pure conduct, and what the benefits were. He knew that they had entered a wrong path, or did not properly cultivate a bad path, or a dangerous path that should be abandoned by the wise. Like an empty vessel, he smashed and discarded them, and returned to his own dwelling, which belonged to the foundation of the upper mansion. He thought to himself: In the world with gods, with demons, with Brahma, and with ascetics and Brahmins, in the world with gods and humans, where is there an ascetic or Brahmin who can completely liberate me from this solitary cycle of existence, who holds medicine and mantras, and a single, two, three, or four-syllable mantra? The Bhagavan saw this and said: Venerable Ashvajit, tame him. Venerable Ashvajit tamed him with the conduct of entering alms, and he went forth in the well-spoken Dharma and Vinaya, and having taken full ordination, he gradually manifested the fruit of Arhatship itself. Then, Venerable Giant Son Wealth went to the Bhagavan in Rajagriha, and the Bhagavan
