By praising the teacher in a perfect way, offering is shown. After that, in order to show the qualities of the Lord of Beings, the Buddha Bhagavan, the greatness of the perfection of one's own benefit, in the manner of abandoning distinctions, it is said, "Transcended the sea of suffering, bottomless and boundless." Suffering means the five aggregates of clinging, which are included in birth, old age, sickness, and death. The ocean means that suffering itself is like an ocean, so it is called an ocean, because it is very vast. Bottomless means that the foundation is bottomless, which shows that suffering is as numerous as the ocean. Boundless means that there is no shore on the other side, which shows that the cycle of samsara does not cease, like the ocean. Transcended means past, because suffering is exhausted by abandoning karma and afflictions. Therefore, by abandoning karma and afflictions, and all the afflictions of the nature of birth, the perfection of abandoning distinctions, the greatness of the perfection of one's own benefit, is shown. In the manner of perfect wisdom, it is said, "Lord of Beings." Beings means that the world is constantly revolving. Lord means incomparable, because it is supreme. That is the Lord of Beings, the Buddha Bhagavan, because he has attained unobstructed wisdom without attachment to all that is knowable, so he has become the Lord of all beings. This shows that because he has understood how many things exist and how they exist as they are, by becoming the Lord of Beings, the perfection of wisdom, the greatness of the perfection of one's own benefit, is shown. In this way, through these, the qualities of the Lord of Beings, the Buddha Bhagavan, are praised, and by showing the teacher in the manner of the perfection of one's own benefit, offering is shown. After that, in order to show offering through prostration, it is said, "Prostrating with the crown of the head." Crown of the head means that prostration with the body is directly shown. Prostrating means body, speech, and mind
