It is so. Regarding this, here the fundamental transgressions are established as follows: A non-bhikshu individually invites because the benefactor is not a relative, and repeatedly invites. Except for inviting at the appointed time and inviting regularly, if without setting a time limit, from a benefactor who has offered an invitation, later in another way or repeatedly, or without offering an invitation at the appointed time, after four months have passed, taking and eating any of the previously prepared food, whether good or bad, it becomes the basis for a transgression of staying long after the invitation. The agent of this is: a non-bhikshu, a benefactor who is not a relative, begging excessively, and not at the right time. This with five limbs becomes a fundamental transgression: namely, being a non-bhikshu, the benefactor not being a relative, not being the right time, begging from a previously invited place, and eating. Among these, if the limbs are incomplete, then blame accordingly. The transgression of staying long after the invitation is the seventy-fourth. The basis for the transgression of abandoning the establishment of the precepts is: The Buddha Bhagavan was staying in the Kalanda grove in the Radiant Garden in Rajagriha. When the Bhagavan commonly established the basis of training for the Shravakas in the Vinaya, he gathered the two Sanghas, so the Bhagavan commonly established the basis of training for the Shravakas in the Vinaya, so he gathered the two Sanghas, and then the Bhagavan said to the venerable Ananda: Ananda, go and tell the bhikshus, send a bhikshu to the bhikshunis, and say this: Sisters! The Bhagavan has commonly established the basis of training for the Shravakas in the Vinaya in this way: A bhikshu should accept an invitation for four months. If he accepts more than that, he commits a transgression. Except for individual invitations, repeated invitations, invitations at the appointed time, and regular invitations, because that is the time.
