That very thought of "Oh" became the cause. If a monk is made to feel regret, he commits a downfall, so it was established. The place is Shravasti. The person is Evil Star. The affliction is jealousy. The offense is causing a monk to feel regret. Among them, the so-called "which monk" refers to Evil Star, or anyone else like him. The so-called "thinking" means after careful consideration. The thought of "no matter what, this monk should not feel even a moment of happiness" means not to make him happy even for a moment. The so-called "that itself became the cause" means it is not another reason. The so-called "monk" refers to a person of this order. The so-called "if regret arises" means that a slight regret, a special regret, or an extreme regret arises in the mind. The so-called "commits a downfall" is the same as before. Among them, here the fundamental downfall is classified: A monk, with the intention of causing another monk to not feel happiness, even jokingly says, "You are not a fully ordained monk, you have committed a downfall," etc. If he causes regret with a non-monk matter, even if regret does not arise, it will become the basis for the downfall of causing regret. The agent here is: the other monk himself, and causing regret with a non-monk matter. Here, with five limbs, it becomes a fundamental downfall: the other person is a monk himself, the mind that causes him not to feel happiness, with the matter of a non-monk, even with jokes, causing regret, whether regret arises or not. If these limbs are not complete, then blame accordingly. The downfall of causing regret is the sixty-second. The story of the downfall of kaka-tsil is: The Buddha Bhagavan was staying in Jeta Grove, Anathapindika's Garden in Shravasti. At that time, the Venerable Great Maudgalyayana, for attendants such as Ananda, tonsured and fully ordained seventeen young groups born from Sarpa. At that time, if one of the seventeen groups was assigned a task, they would all do it together. How much?

Another time, in that temple, they listened to the Dharma all night long, and there, all of them together did "Tron". The next day, the Sangha gathered to listen to the Dharma, and there too, all of them together did "Tron". The day after that, one of the seventeen monastic communities was assigned as the disciplinarian, and that day, everyone decorated the temple. Then, when the disciplinarian was doing "Tron", one of the seventeen monastic communities thought, "I slept alone, why can't sixteen people do 'Tron'?" Likewise, each one had the same thought, and then all the other sixteen went to sleep separately. Only that disciplinarian worked through the night, and before dawn, collected the butter lamps, opened the doors, swept the temple, applied perfume, and knowing the time, laid out the cushions, scattered incense around the stupa, stood on top of the temple, and began to strike the ghanta. Then, those sixteen were awakened by the sound of the ghanta, and came out of their respective dwellings holding their begging bowls, and they saw that disciplinarian running back and forth alone, and they said to each other, "Living beings, this one is running back and forth alone, has no one among us helped him?" One said, "I thought, I slept alone, why can't sixteen people do 'Tron'?" Likewise, others also said that, and all said that. Then, the sixteen said, "Living beings, this one always goes first to do all our immediate tasks, if we do not help him, we have done wrong, and he will be angry with us, let us ask for forgiveness immediately after eating." After they had eaten, they began to ask for forgiveness, the young ones grabbed his two feet, and the elders hugged him from the neck, saying, "Living being, please forgive us." But he said nothing, just sat there. There was one who was very close to him, who made a "ga ga" sound,

Therefore they began to laugh and said, "Endure." They thought, "This method is good," so others also began to sexually harass each other. Similarly, everyone sexually harassed each other, and then the wind blew upwards, and the time was ripe. They began to feel ashamed and sorrowful, and their minds were depressed and remorseful. The monks and Charmaka asked, "Why are you depressed and remorseful?" They described the situation in detail. Those monks with few desires began to discuss, "Why do monks sexually harass monks with their fingers? Slander, say unpleasant things?" At that time, the monks reported the matter to the Blessed One. Then, the Blessed One, as before, established the precept: "If one sexually harasses with fingers, one commits a transgression." The place was Shravasti. The individuals were the group of six monks. The affliction was sexual harassment. Among them, "If one sexually harasses with fingers" means: with the intention of sexually harassing, performing bodily actions, bodily conduct, and bodily movements. "Committing a transgression" means the same as before. Here, the fundamental transgression is explained in detail: If a monk with unimpaired physical faculties, with the intention of arousing sexual excitement in another monk with unimpaired physical faculties, uses fingers, fists, elbows, shoulders, head, chest, back, waist, thighs, knees, buttocks, toes, etc., any part of his own body (except clothing), to touch any part of the other person's body (except clothing), in one or more touches, Generally, the act of sexual harassment constitutes a fundamental transgression. The actors in this matter are both with unimpaired physical faculties, and the thought of arousing sexual excitement. This offense is constituted by five limbs: the other person is a monk; both have unimpaired physical faculties; there is no greed or hatred, or it is not these two minds, but the thought of arousing sexual excitement; using any part of the body such as fingers; and touching. If these limbs are incomplete
