It is in Shravasti. There are six types of individuals. The afflictions are desire and anger. The offense is agreeing with a bhikkhuni who is in agreement and then entering a road. Among them, the so-called "bhikkhu" refers to the group of six bhikkhus, or others like them. The so-called "together with a bhikkhuni who is in agreement" refers to this Dharma. The so-called "after agreeing" refers to after making an agreement. The so-called "entering a road" refers to entering the road to a monastery. The so-called "entering" means going. The so-called "except for the time" means that a time has been set. The so-called "sin of downfall" is the same as before. Among them, the so-called "this is the time, the road should be traveled by those in agreement" means that it is impossible to travel without those in agreement. The so-called "being considered dangerous" means being considered dangerous by robbers and deceitful people. The so-called "being considered fearful" means being considered fearful by lions, tigers, and bears. The so-called "being considered vulnerable to fright due to various dangers" refers to places where there are various dangers such as mosquitoes, long-beaked flies, wind, sun, and poisonous snakes, and are considered vulnerable to fright. The so-called "that is the time" means that for the precepts that have been established, that is the permitted time. Among them, here the fundamental downfall is separately established: on a dangerous road, having agreed in advance, entering the same road with a bhikkhuni, and in addition to ultimately not trusting each other, also crossing the road with one bhikkhuni, and entering the road together with a bhikkhuni every one krosa, this will become a fundamental downfall. The actors here are: the road is not dangerous, and agreeing with the bhikkhuni's traveler. In this regard, the fundamental downfall will occur through five limbs: the road itself is not dangerous, a traveler with one or more bhikkhunis, agreeing, entering the road, and exceeding the limit of one krosa. Among these limbs, if the limbs are incomplete, they will be blamed accordingly. The sin of downfall of entering the road together with a bhikkhuni is the twenty-sixth. The origin of the sin of downfall of entering a boat together with a bhikkhuni is: the Buddha Bhagavan was in Shravasti, in Jeta's Grove, Anathapindika's Park.

They were staying in the Garden of Giving. The group of six said: "Joyful One, Near Joyful One, these ones with black begging bowls, having rubbed their feet with monkey fat, are preparing to go to seek gain by traveling. If they come, they will seek gain that comes suddenly, and they will also make many people happy and pleased. We young ones are like turtles in a well, we don't go anywhere, we don't come from anywhere, how can we obtain gain, how can we make many people happy and pleased? Let us young ones also board the ship and go." So they went to the nuns' summer residence, had the group of twelve nuns prepare provisions for the road, and took them along, and also took a beggar and had them board the ship. When they boarded the ship outside the boundary, they said: "Joyful One, Near Joyful One, how long will we have to conform to the behavior of others? Come here! We must conform to our own behavior." First, the Joyful One sat down, then the Joyful Woman sat down, then the one who lived with the Joyful One sat down, then the one who lived with the Joyful Woman sat down, then the Joyful One's monk sat down, then the Joyful Woman's monk sat down. Likewise, Near Joyful One and Crown Joyful Woman and so on were also arranged alternately and sat down. That like-minded person and a Brahmin were walking together, and when they saw them, they said: "This is a renunciate. This is his wife. This is his son. This is his daughter-in-law. This is his grandson. This is his grandson's wife." Near Joyful One heard this and said: "Miser, I'll crush your neck with my foot, that's what it is!" That beggar thought: "My death is certain. It is not right to travel the countryside with these evildoers," so he turned back and went to Jeta Grove. There, he told the monks in detail about the situation, and they began to scold, revile, and speak harshly, saying: "Why do the monks embrace the nuns' companions and board the ship?"
