Having... and this is also completely dedicated to all sentient beings. If the previously shown forms are the same, then how should one understand who has karmic power? Completely take and abandon others besides those two, the other besides that is the other besides that, the other besides giving is discipline. If giving is completely encompassed by discipline, then because it is encompassed by others besides those, it should be understood as having karmic power, and not just giving alone. If this giving is also completely encompassed by discipline, and this giver is also completely encompassed by discipline, and the previously shown forms of both are also the same, then how should one understand who has karmic power? Relying on the support. If the author of merit is someone who is free from desire for the worldly path, then because of completely practicing the virtue arising from his meditation, he will become one with the karmic power of the support. If both are free from desire for the desire realm and the previously shown forms are also the same, then how should one understand which of the two has karmic power? Doing more. If one repeatedly practices or observes in detail, then he has karmic power, but the other does not, because of repeatedly practicing universally. If the doing more of both is also the same, the field and things, as well as attention, and taking and abandoning those others are also the same, then how should one understand which of the two has karmic power? Many people, that is, whoever does it himself, and also makes others do it, because of generating merit in multiple streams, it should be understood that he has karmic power, this is the difference of giving, the merit arising from giving has been shown. Then what arises from discipline will be discussed, returning from faults that are inherent in nature and faults that are established is discipline. Among them, the faults of nature and the faults that are inherent are from killing to frivolous speech. The faults that are established and the faults that are inherent are untimely food, etc., this is not the discipline of self-indulgence. Whoever correctly upholds the precepts has transcended it.

That kind of discipline will become promiscuous. What is meant by "prevention"? Because it can prevent, it is prevention, making it discernible. Or prevention itself is prevention, not making it discernible. Therefore, from both, prevention is discipline. Therefore, the Bhagavan perfected all the characteristics of discipline, abiding in possessing discipline, bound by the vows of individual liberation, possessing complete rituals and conduct, fearing even the smallest faults, correctly upholding the precepts and learning. Among them, abiding in possessing discipline is because of upholding and guarding the precepts that have been taken, so the one possessing discipline is possessing discipline. Bound by the vows of individual liberation is for the discipline of definite liberation. Individual liberation is individual liberation, thus, with discipline, it can definitely liberate from samsara. Possessing complete rituals and conduct is because it is not a discipline without reproach, so it is possessing complete rituals; because there is no slander of the conduct of the noble ones, so it is possessing complete conduct, because it has abandoned the five kinds of conduct. The five non-conducts of a monk are: making noise, playing, places for selling alcohol, the retinue of the king, and the fifth is the place of thieves. Among them, making noise refers to where noise is made and proclaimed, slaughtering sheep, etc. The place of thieves refers to where thieves gather. The rest of the monk's part is not mentioned because it is easy to understand. Fearing even the smallest faults is for learning with great respect. Small faults refer to the faults that have been established and established, for those like natural faults, in order to learn with great respect, so they fear even the smallest faults and abide. The so-called correctly upholding the precepts and learning is for completely upholding the precepts and learning, so they correctly uphold and learn on the precepts. Discipline has been described. What arises from meditation arises from the virtue of equipoise, that is, samadhi.
