It is considered so. Like this, I have no fear, dread, etc., because there is assembly. The Jataka tales of the buffalo, etc., can also be exemplified here. It is said, "That is the supreme of patience." This means that is the supreme patience spoken of by the Buddha. Why? Like this, the weak always stoop. It means that whoever is weak, because they have no support, always endure the contempt of all. Speaking of "having power," there are three kinds of having power: power, practice, and words. Among them, to show power, it is said, "Even if one becomes the master of others." It means becoming the master of others' servants, slaves, etc., that is, having power, authority, and dominion. For example, even if one becomes a king, the patience of accepting the anger and evil words of a slave bought with money is the most praiseworthy. From the perspective of having the power of practice, "others" refers to the harm caused by enemies. "Even if slandered" refers to being associated with the helpless, meaning having nowhere to stay, being expelled, being suppressed, etc., these are different names. "Whoever" refers to showing that person's low birth. "Having power" refers to having the fourfold army. "Patience" is not getting angry. The Jataka tale of giving everything can be exemplified here. From the perspective of the power of words, it is said, "Even if others extremely slander," etc. "Extremely slander" refers to excessive accusation, evil words, abuse, etc., these are extreme slanders, and the person associated with this is the extremely slandered person. "Others" refers to evil people causing harm, if one is abused with such evil words, the powerful person, even if able to say a thousand times more evil words than that, can endure. To show that eliminating the poverty of both is having patience, therefore it is said, "Whoever protects others," etc. "Protecting" means liberation. "Whoever" refers to protecting oneself and other sentient beings. Fear

The term "fear" means fear because it arises from this, namely from sinful dharma and unpleasant maturation. For example, from "the great ones," that is, from the lower realms or Avici hell, etc. The term "anger" means being extremely agitated. The term "having known" means having ascertained this anger, that oneself is oneself alone, without other instructions, etc. The term "thereupon" means at that time. The term "pacifying" means aiming at pacification, meaning patience. In order to show that virtuous conduct is close to accumulation, it benefits both. The term "the meaning of both is conduct" has been stated. The person who practices patience is doing the meaning of both. What is the meaning of both? It is indicated by "oneself and others," doing one's own meaning is to be expressed by the Jataka tales that tell the stories of those who speak of patience. Doing the meaning of others is to tell the Jataka tales that generate the power of love, etc. In order to show that to those who are patient in that way, foolish people will look with angry eyes and speak evil words. "Oneself and" etc. have been stated. The term "acting upon that" means acting upon that matter. To despise the one who is patient with others, saying "he is a child," is itself patience. The term "the mind is also easy" means that understanding is also easy. Because of despising and speaking evil words in that way. What kind of people think in that way? It is stated, "those who are not skilled in the Dharma," meaning they do not know how to clearly examine virtues and faults. In order to show that those who are skilled in the Dharma will understand with wisdom, these have been stated. "The main word is" etc. have been stated. The term "chief" means having power and might, meaning that lineage and appearance etc. are particularly excellent. The term "word" means the nature of harsh words, or the nature of subtlety etc. is also acceptable. "Patience out of fear" means that if I do not tolerate this person, then this person will control me, therefore it will cause great harm etc. "The words of the contender are"
