The meaning of peaceful and truly disciplined is that the mind is calmed. After showing the collection of paths, the result is explained. Liberation through true knowledge means liberation through non-perverted knowledge, becoming independent, and through cultivating the noble path, being free from the bonds of desire and so on. Showing the happiness of abiding in the seen Dharma is what is meant by "approaching tranquility." It should be connected as "the joy arising from that approaching tranquility." Approaching tranquility means being free from the various disturbances caused by afflictions. The so-called "arising of renunciation" refers to the state of acting solely for the benefit of others, that is, the meaning of striving for the benefit of others through teaching. So, what kind of joy exists in it? Therefore, it is mentioned that "even with five kinds of instruments." Including the differences between plucked instruments, stringed instruments, hollow instruments, and various kinds of music. Or it refers to the collection of instruments such as drums, purava, flutes, and so on. Like that, one will not feel happy, which means that the happiness of being attached to the senses and so on does not exist. The so-called "how" refers to being completely endowed with joy free from defilements. Here, the cause is shown in a special way. The so-called "with a focused mind" means being free from distraction. The so-called "seeing all dharmas well" means because of possessing special wisdom. Not only does a focused mind possess special joy, but it is also shown here that worldly mental happiness can be obtained, so it is mentioned that "whoever's mind enters samadhi" and so on. Sundarika, separated from joy, feels pain, the night becomes extremely long, and similarly, he also feels sadness and complete unease. In that monastery, many renunciates lived, and after seeing him, they recited the two verses spoken by the Buddha. The so-called "will lie down in comfort" means that at night one will experience the comfort of sleep because there is no pain. Those who are greedy are completely tormented even in their dreams by being separated from suffering. The steadfast one is

Thus, it is called protection, which means the mind abides in steadfastness. Or it is the wise. What is that? As it is said, "Who is slightly without suffering." That is, regarding the things of samsara, one does not experience even a little. As "They do not play with desires." it is said, those unstable sentient beings, those who rejoice in mindfulness, and abiding in it, will grieve. The steadfast are not defiled or harmed by the attachment of desire. Such a fault is also faulty like non-seclusion. Or it does not dwell with the steadfast. The cause of generating steadfastness is spoken. As it is said, "Whose mind is delighted in meditation." That is, those minds that are extremely delighted in the four meditations. Desire will generate instability. Or, in order to show that even in the state of not being asleep, those are also joyful, it is said, "Will become joyful." That is, extremely satisfied. Alas, that is satisfaction. What is that? As it is said, "The capable." That is, the non-learner. What is that? As "Who is slightly without suffering." it is said. For what reason, will he not lie down in pain, nor will he be sad? As "Who with" etc. is said. When two yakshas named Vase and Near Vase were fighting, the Venerable Shariputra arose from the samadhi of cessation and dwelt not far from the Vulture Peak. Preventing, saying, "Do not strike here with your fist." The yaksha Vase struck his head with a weapon, and from there his own body was born in the great scorching hell. The Venerable Shariputra was temporarily displeased because of this, and from that event he spoke these. "Whose mind is like a rock." That is, a mind like a mountain. What is like a mountain? Because it is completely unshakable. That is, which are the causes of that and that variation. That is to say, "Abiding." That is, without distraction. Completely unshakable, that is, without change, and will not shake rashly. Why? Because in this way, one does not...
