The Venerable One (lDan 'das) said that monks, in any case, should listen attentively, be respectful, be attached, be single-minded, and contemplate mindfulness related to the body with all their minds. Monks, here, from the inner body to the body's follow-up view, abide until the Dharma. How can feelings and so on be established as the body itself? The body is a collection, because it is necessary to fully grasp the collection of names. It is also said that there are six collections of feelings, six collections of consciousness, and six collections of thoughts. This is also because they are the body of feelings, mind, and Dharma. In order to show the benefits of mindfulness related to the body, it is said: The phrase "not an action" is said, that is, not a deed. Mindfulness related to the body, that is neither done nor used. Action is work and accomplishment, and it will continue to be done, that is, it is often done, and the one who has this way is itself, which means that it is often used more. In order to show the benefits of doing and doing, it is said: The phrase "mindfulness and awareness" is said. With the excellence of mindfulness, the mind can be completely at ease. Having awareness is to understand the meaning of non-inversion with wisdom. Exhaustion means becoming invisible, the unborn will arise, and the born will be exhausted. The phrase "whose leaks are exhausted" means that whose afflictions and near afflictions will be gradually eliminated. For the phrase "achieving no leakage," it should be said that this is the remainder of the sentence, meaning may Nirvana be attained. In order to invest in non-negligence by showing the benefits of not being negligent about the Dharma of the path, these are said. In order to show that the benefits of non-negligence will not be said if one does not truly practice. It says "how much" and so on. If it is said that the venerable Dharma holder is a monk, then when asked how much the venerable becomes a Dharma holding monk, this vast verse is said. There are three tasks of a monk: meditation, reading, and...

They are the workers of the Sangha. Here, by showing the benefits of meditation, these two are distinguished from others. Those who have heard much and those who are workers of the Sangha are not true Dharma holders, which is the summarized meaning. Not those, merely because of these differences. Holders of the sacred Dharma are Dharma holders, therefore they are speakers of the Dharma. Whoever well practices the sacred Dharma that accomplishes higher rebirth and definite goodness, and engages in accordance with it, is considered a holder of the sacred Dharma. To show that the two are always related, it is said: how much is because of the difference. Those who speak much refer to those who recite and expound many sutras. Devadatta, heretics, Ananda, etc., can be taken as examples here. Those people also speak of the teachings including the three pitakas, and have confidence, and are also considered Dharma holders. Since this is the case, then who is the true Dharma holder? It is said, "Realized the Dharmas," that is, whoever, the way of practicing the Dharma, is to realize Nirvana in the way of the fruit of the collection of paths, that is, to touch or become accustomed to it, just like that. Who realized it? It is said, "With the body," that is, abiding in the continuum, that is, liberation from the arising from the wisdom of the path, because the aggregates or collections are the reason for the categories. By fully understanding the collection of names of wisdom, one thus realizes it. Even if one has heard little, it means even if one has heard one verse or half a verse. Like Koḷita, the path indicator, the four brothers, etc., can also be taken as examples here. Whoever, that is, whoever the Dharma holder who is taught, is not a Dharma holder. Whoever, merely through teaching, can realize the path and liberation, and realize it, that is the true Dharma holder. Here, that is, in this teaching, because even through a small amount of prophecy, one can attain the path to enlightenment, and not like the impure words of all heretics mixed together. Those are just like that. A holder of the sacred Dharma is so because he is a true Dharma holder. What is that? It is said: Whoever is diligent in the Dharma.
