It is not so. These were spoken in order to induce one to abandon craving by pointing out its faults. It was said to show that nirvana comes from abandoning craving. It is said, "This is like craving," and so on. In brief, the point of this is to prevent and completely abandon these three types of craving, and to fully demonstrate the benefits of abandoning craving. "That" refers to the craving for self or the craving of desire that was previously mentioned. "Like" refers to a special meaning, that is, following it is following samsara, and abandoning it is going to the city of nirvana, thus distinguishing them. "The one who abandons" refers to obtaining it from the continuum through the corresponding antidote. "Here" refers to this teaching, because there is no method for abandoning it elsewhere. To show that if it is abandoned, there is no karma from it, it is said, "Without craving for existence and non-existence," and so on. "Without craving" means not clinging. Whoever has obvious delight in craving is like that, but for one who has abandoned craving, there is no obvious delight aimed at existence and non-existence. Here, to explain the benefit of abandoning craving, it is said, "The one who conquers craving," and so on, because the bonds of craving have been completely uprooted and severed. Merely preventing it is not considered abandonment, but rather complete separation. "Bhikshu" refers to one who has destroyed all afflictions. "Without remainder" refers to the state of having no shadow, which is the cessation of feeling. As it says in the Sutra of Kundgawo, feeling is like the shadow of the tree of consciousness. Therefore, if someone abandons a part of craving, then he attains partial nirvana with the nirvana of remainder, because the tree of consciousness together with feeling has not been completely cut down. If someone abandons all craving, then he attains complete nirvana with complete nirvana, that is, nirvana without remainder.

Saying "extinguished" means that the tree of consciousness, together with feelings, has been blocked, and others have not arisen either. In order to show the benefit of abandoning craving, these were said. In order to show the faults and benefits of not abandoning craving and abandoning craving in order, it was said. Three verses, such as "Whoever the world," were spoken. Some say that these were spoken based on the status of a male lay follower. Others say that the Blessed One stayed in a secluded place, spending the summer with the assembly of Hearers. When he saw the grass called Biran growing luxuriantly, he spoke these for the sake of the monks who were heavily attached to craving. Monks, craving is a net, craving for objects, it is the bondage of samsara, and so on. They say that. Here, the general meaning is that it is shown that in this Dharma, seeing the faults of desire-craving has four aspects: extremely overwhelming, having inferior objects, being delighted in actions, and being difficult to overcome and increasing sorrow. Therefore, first, one will especially transform into a mind of equanimity towards desire-craving. Then, one will be delighted in inferior objects and sinful actions. Then, one will exist due to evil conduct. Then, sorrow will greatly increase due to the complete transformation of the objects of desire. "Whoever" refers to sentient beings. "By this" refers to desire-craving. "Subdued" refers to being overwhelmed. If asked, how is it overwhelmed? The answer is: "Women" were mentioned, because the object is an inferior thing, because it produces evil conduct, and following after the pleasure of desire is inferior, as the sutra says, "vulgar," and so on. Craving refers to the action of generating the pursuit of samsaric affairs. "The world is difficult to abandon" refers to the world of non-Buddhists, which is difficult to abandon, because it still exists after abandoning it, so it is difficult to abandon, or difficult to transcend, or difficult to discard. The thought of selflessness is its antidote, because non-Buddhists do not contemplate it. But in Buddhism,

This is not difficult to abandon, because it is not inverted, so it can counteract its cause. His sorrow will increase. This refers to the sorrow of a man who is conquered by desire for anything, and who is more attached to the non-existence and change of that thing, that is, the pain of the heart. Increase, that is, increase. As long as there is desire for something, then as long as they change, sorrow will increase. Here is an example: like rain falling on grass. Here it is said that rainfall is moist and soaked in water. The grass here is a kind of grass called "Birana", the root of which is Ushir. For example, just as rain falls on the grass called "Birana", making it moist, it will grow. Similarly, in whatever way, the seed of sorrow that depends on one's own mind stream, desire increases, and sorrow will increase in the same way. In order to point out the fault of greed and guide people to abandon it, these are said. In order to point out the benefits of the white side, it is said, "Whoever, the world," and so on. Whoever is enslaved by greed, conquered and abandoned, refers to the various forms of women and so on. His sorrow will cease. This refers to the person who has abandoned existence, that is, eliminating all inner pain. For whom, what is it like? It is said: like a drop of water on a lotus. Lotus, that is, Pukara. Just as a drop of water appears on the petal of a lotus, it will slip off and will not enter it. Similarly, the sorrow caused by the change of suffering will not enter the heart of the one who has abandoned the desire for desire. In order to point out the benefits of abandoning the mind of desire, these are said. Because the increase of greed is the root of suffering, in order to point out the benefits of abandoning it, it is like this: Therefore, no matter how much, etc. Here, the Blessed One teaches the capable, teaches impartially, and teaches the practice of reality, and the reality of
