Later, (the Buddha) gave teachings taking as an object a pig that was rolling around in a hole and particularly enjoyed rolling back and forth, and that pig also understood it and had great faith in its heart. Later, after it died, it was reborn into the royal lineage of the Golden Land and realized the truth, so they say. Therefore, the meaning summarized here is to show the cause of samsara, the way of samsara, and the multitude of sufferings. Among them, the truth of the origin of suffering is shown by the phrase "desire leads the way." The phrase "delighting in the taste of all fetters" shows the way of samsara. The truth of suffering is "to obtain suffering again and again." "Desire leads the way" means to be suppressed and conquered. What is that? It is said that "beings" are mentioned, which refers to the world of sentient beings with various desires. Individual beings, wherever they are born, desire follows them and drives them to experience suffering. "Running around everywhere" means to completely transmigrate, because all beings will wander in all transmigrations. Therefore, an example is given here, mentioning "like a rabbit." Where does it run around everywhere? "Net" is mentioned, which refers to the net that catches wild animals, which is the net. Just as a rabbit, craving pleasure, runs back and forth, but still enters the net, so too, beings, craving pleasure, run towards suffering itself. Since they run around everywhere in it, what will they obtain through what cause? It is said that "all fetters" are mentioned, and the taste of all fetters that depends on the attachment of desire is the taste of all fetters. Here, taste should also be understood as pleasure. As it is said, what is the taste of desire? It is the pleasant happiness that arises from relying on the merits of desire, which refers to the happiness of affliction. To like and be particularly attached to it is to experience happiness by relying on all the fetters of desire, and one will transmigrate again. What is that? It is said that "child" is mentioned, especially the cause of desire...

This was done by him. Just as the ignorant like food mixed with poison, so too, that ignorance of not seeing its faults is also liking the taste of all afflictions. Therefore, having done many evil deeds, one will suffer again and again. Suffering the suffering of evil realms and bad destinies many times, or suffering such as being killed, imprisoned, and beaten. If evil deeds are prevented, then all unwanted things will not occur, and will not be obtained or found. Therefore, this was said in order to make sentient beings who are attached to and very fond of samsara become weary of samsara. In order to show that these sentient beings follow after pleasure and death due to the power of desire, it was said, "Bound by desires," and so forth. There are three types of desire: desire for desire, desire for existence, and desire for non-existence. In order to show this, these two verses were spoken. Others say that whoever generates various sins and unwholesome dharmas, all of that is due to the binding of desire. For example, in short, the binding of desire is because it is said to be the most excellent among them. For example, if someone pierces a bull's nose to carry a load, then it can bear all the loads, and the load can also abide. Here, the summarized meaning is that the first verse shows desire. The second verse shows the action of desire. The remaining part shows its faults. Among them, "desires" refers to all afflictions that are related to it because of attachment to self. "Binding" means being bound and controlled by others. It is said in the sutra that in this world, one is enslaved by desire. Others say that one is bound by desire for desire. "Having attachment to existence and non-existence" means that whoever has attachment in their mind, that is someone who has attachment in their mind. Existence and non-existence are existence and non-existence. Whoever is attached to self and constantly looks at it relying on it, that is a mind attached to existence, which is very fond. For whomever also sees as annihilation

That is being attached to the absence of existence and manifestly rejoicing. Here, the word "existence" refers to the three realms. Here, the three existences refer to the existence of desire, the existence of form, and the existence of formlessness, as stated in the sutras. Here, the word "non-craving" refers to the absence of craving. Craving that focuses on the impermanent or non-existent state that is similar to the three realms, that is, it refers to non-craving. Therefore, it is said that for this, only suffering and so on will occur. Saying, "Alas, I will be annihilated, that is, after destruction, I will not be reborn in other places, etc." If it becomes like this, what fault will there be? Answer: Saying "the work of Mara," it means being bound by craving, showing the faults of those who are attached to the three cravings and non-existence. Therefore, the maker is the work, that is, the bondage. The one who is associated with this is associated with the work of bondage. "Of Mara" refers to afflictions, that is, being bound by the bondage of Mara. Hearing this, in order to overcome it, one will be controlled by others. For those who are associated with the work of Mara, in order to show that they only have suffering and fear, it is said, "Separate from accomplishment and happiness." Accomplishment is related to happiness. Happiness is the absence of fear. The absence of accomplishment and happiness is the separation from accomplishment and happiness. The existence of separation, that is it, meaning the existence of suffering and fear. Why? Therefore, it is said, "Because that is aging and death," aging shows suffering, and death shows fear. "Will follow" means will be obtained and followed. In what way? Like "a calf desiring milk beside its mother." Just as a calf sucking milk goes out of craving for milk, so constantly following, similarly, if there is a desire for craving, then one will be in accordance with aging and death, and will follow aging and death, but not
