་སུ་གདུང་བ་མེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །མཉམ་པར་ཞོག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སེམས་རྩེ་གཅིག་པ་སྟེ་བསམ་གཏན་མངོན་དུ་བྱས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །བརྩོན་པ་སྐྱེད་ལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བརྟུན་པས་འབད་པའི་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་གང་ལ་ཡོད་པ་དེ་ནི་བརྩོན་པ་སྐྱེད་པ་སྟེ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་བརྩམ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དང་ལྡན་པ་ལ་ནི་ཁྱད་པར་ཐོབ་པར་བྱ་བ་ལ་ཆོག་མི་ཤེས་པ་ཉིད་དུ་སྟོན་ཏེ། ཇི་སྐད་དུ་བཤད་པ། ཁྱད་པར་སྤེལ་ལ་ངེས་པར་ནི། །ཁྱོད་ནི་ནམ་ཡང་ངལ་མ་གྱུར། །བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དྲག་པོས་དཀའ་བ་ལས། །སྐྱོ་བ་ཡོད་པ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པའི་ལམ་འདོད་པས་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཆོག་པར་མི་བྱ་བ་ཉིད་དུ་འདིས་བསྟན་ཏེ། སྐྱེ་དང་རྒ་བའི་མཐའ་མ་ལྟོས། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་སྨོས་སོ། །སྐྱེ་བ་དང་རྒ་བ་ནི་སྐྱེ་རྒའོ། །དེ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་མཐའ་མ་ནི་ཟད་པ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཚུལ་གང་དག་ལ་ཡོད་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ནི་འདི་ལྟར་མཐོང་བའི་ལམ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་སྟེ། ཕལ་ཆེར་སྐྱེ་བ་ཟད་དེ་ཡུན་རིང་དུ་ཐོགས་ནས་སྲིད་པ་བདུན་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར་སྐྱེ་བ་དང་རྒ་བ་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བསྒོམ་པའི་ལམ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་ལ་ནི་སྐྱེ་བ་མཐར་ཐུག་པ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཡང་འཁོར་བར་སྐྱེ་བ་དང་རྒ་བའི་མཐའ་མ་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཅི་ཞིག་བྱས་ཤིང་ཇི་ལྟར་འགྱུར་ཞེ་ན། སྨྲས་པ། བདུད་རྣམས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟེ། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ནི་བདུད་དེ་འཆི་བའི་ཆོས་ཉེ་བར་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །སྡེ་དང་བཅས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འཁོར་དང་ བཅས་པ་སྟེ། ཉེ་བའི་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དང་བཅས་པའི་ལས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །མངོན་པར་ཟིལ་གནོན་ལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྤངས་པ་སྟེ། འདིས་ནི་བསྒོམ་པའི་ལམ་གྱི་འབྲས་བུ་བསྟན་ཏོ། །དེ་ཡང་གང་དག་གིས་འདི་ལྟར་ལམ་བསྒོམ་པར་ནུས་ཤེ་ན། སྨྲས་པ། དགེ་སློང་དག་གིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་སྨོས་ཏེ། དགེ་སློང་དག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་ཞིང་ཡོངས་སུ་བཟུང་བ་སྤངས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏེ། དེ་དག་གིས་ལུས་དང་སེམས་རྣ་པར་དབེན་པ་དང༌། དེ་དང་རབ་ཏུ་འབྲེལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ལམ་བསྒོམ་པ་ཡོད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འགྲོ་བར་འགྱུར་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དེ་ཉིད་ལས་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་གྱི། གཞན་ལ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །གཞན་དག་ཏུ་ནི་འགྲོ་བར་གྱིས། །ཞེས་བརྗོད། །འདིའི་དོན་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཅག་གིས་འགྲུབ་ཅིང་འདིའི་ཕ་རོལ་དུ་འགྲོ་བར་གྱིས་ཤིག་ཅེས་བྱའོ། །སྐྱེ་ཤིའི་ཕ་རོལ་འགྲོ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འཁོར་བའི

因为没有痛苦的缘故。名为“平等住”是指心专注一境，也就是现证禅定的意思。名为“生起精进”是指具有勤奋努力的精进，那就是生起精进，也就是发起精进的意思。对于具有精进者，显示了对于获得殊胜不满足。如是所说：增长殊胜必定要，汝等何时莫疲倦，以猛精进从苦难，不应具有厌倦心。等等。想要超越世间的道，此显示了不应以仅仅禅定为满足。莫观生与老之边际。如是说。生与老即是生老。彼二之边际即是灭尽，具有如是之理者，即是如此见道圆满。大体上生已灭尽，长久持续，因为是七有故，生与老将会被见到。对于修道圆满者，因为生是最终的，所以也会在轮回中见到生与老的边际。做什么以及如何变化呢？答：诸魔等，等等。烦恼是魔，因为是成办临近死亡之法的缘故。名为“连同眷属”是指连同眷属，也就是连同近分的烦恼之业的意思。名为“现前胜伏”是指断除，此显示了修道的果。又是谁等能够如此修道呢？答：说了“诸比丘等”，名为“诸比丘等”是指已经出家并且完全受持，断除之义。彼等的身与心极为寂静，并且与此密切相关，因此会有修道。名为“将会行往”是指从此而生，不是从其他，是此之义。于其他处，行往吧！如是说。此之义是汝等成办并且行往此之彼岸吧！行往生死之彼岸是指轮回的

The term "manifestly subduing" means abandoning, which shows the fruit of the path of cultivation. And who can cultivate the path in this way? Answer: It is said, "The monks, etc." The term "monks, etc." means those who have renounced and completely uphold, meaning abandonment. Their body and mind are extremely quiet, and they are closely related to this, so there will be cultivation. The term "will go" means that it will be born from this, not from others, this is the meaning. Go to other places! It is said.
