两种说法都说了。因为是吸气所以叫吸气，是空气进入。因为是呼气所以叫呼气，是向外呼出。如是说，比丘们，吸气是吸入空气。呼气是向外呼出空气，是明显地呼出。吸气和呼气。对此，忆念山，即缘于此，是忆念呼气和吸气。这也是智慧的自性，因为通过领悟事物而进入。对此，忆念的“ཚེག་”是指大部分集合进入，因为对空气的进入和呼出没有忆念遗忘。所谓“谁”，是指在家者或出家者，是此法之人，因为外道没有特别执着于我。所谓“完全圆满”，是指在完全清净的状态下如此进入。如果保持平静就会改变，为了显示这一点，说了“善修”，因为是保持平静的处所。如果在欲界没有禅修，怎么能在那个地方善修呢？善修是正确地依止。修习完全清净，为了显示次第，说了“次第”，即通过数字等次第来特别计数，因此这是以六种方式来计数的，即计数、随行、安住、体性、转变和完全清净的差别。欲望也是通过接近的次第来显现的。怎么样呢？如佛所说。所谓“如佛所说”，是指世尊以何种次第在经和论中宣说，什么是吸气和呼气呢？即十六种方式等等，非常广博。修习的果实是：在此世间一切都明了。所谓“在此世间一切都明了”，是指任何人对此善加修习，就能明显地压倒和明了一切众生。怎么样呢？说是分离，因为舍弃了业和烦恼的束缚，所以在此处举例说明，说了“离云”。

Both statements were made. Because it is inhalation, it is called inhalation, which is the entry of air. Because it is exhalation, it is called exhalation, which is exhaling outwards. Thus it is said, monks, that inhalation is breathing in air. Exhalation is exhaling air outwards, which is clearly exhaling. Inhalation and exhalation. To this, the mountain of mindfulness, which is focused on this, is the mindfulness of breathing in and out. This is also the nature of wisdom, because it enters through understanding things. To this, the 'ཚེག་' of mindfulness refers to the entry of most of the collection, because there is no forgetting of mindfulness in the entry and exit of air. The so-called 'who' refers to a householder or a renunciate, a person of this Dharma, because outsiders do not have a particular attachment to self. The so-called 'completely perfect' refers to entering in this way in a completely pure state. If one remains calm, it will change, and in order to show this, it is said 'well cultivated', because it is a place of remaining calm. If there is no meditation in the desire realm, how can one be well cultivated in that place? Well cultivated is to rely on correctly. Cultivation is completely purified, and in order to show the order, it is said 'gradually', that is, to count especially through the order of numbers and so on, therefore this is counted in six ways, namely counting, following, abiding, nature, transformation, and the difference of complete purification. Desire is also manifested through the order of approach. How is it? As the Buddha said. The so-called 'as the Buddha said' refers to the order in which the Blessed One proclaimed in the Sutras and Shastras, what is inhalation and exhalation? That is, the sixteen ways and so on, which are very extensive. The fruit of cultivation is: everything is clear in this world. The so-called 'everything is clear in this world' means that anyone who cultivates this well can clearly overwhelm and understand all beings. How is it? It is said to be separation, because it has abandoned the bonds of karma and affliction, so an example is given here, saying 'cloudless'.
