Whose boundless power, proceeds with unmoving steps. Whoever has completely eliminated all discriminations, and has no discriminations in everything within the mind. Transcending all unions, form, and perception, free from the four yogas, and without birth. Gone from the beginning, gone from the end, gone from the middle, having reached the other shore of existence. The mind liberated from all aspects, will no longer lead to birth, old age, and death. The twenty-ninth chapter, complete. From victory comes hatred, the defeated suffer. Abandoning victory and defeat, one obtains the bliss of peace. By causing suffering to others, someone desires their own happiness, inseparable and accompanied by enemies, they cannot be liberated from suffering. For the sake of happiness, to beings, someone inflicts violence and cuts them with punishment, that one who desires their own happiness, will not find happiness in others. Whoever desires happiness, does not inflict violence on beings, does not cut with punishment, those who desire happiness, they will find happiness in others. One should practice Dharma conduct well, and should not practice evil conduct. In this world and the next, one who practices Dharma conduct obtains happiness. One who practices well in the Dharma, from this arises, Dharma conduct should be protected by the Dharma. Dharma conduct does not fall into evil realms, this is the benefit of practicing well in the Dharma. Like a wide umbrella in summer, Dharma conduct should be protected by the Dharma. Dharma conduct does not fall into evil realms, this is the benefit of practicing well in the Dharma. If a negligent person practices non-Dharma, whatever beings, all fall into evil realms. Like being cut off at the waist when reborn here, those actions of non-Dharma will be destroyed. The results of both Dharma and non-Dharma are not the same, by non-Dharma one will go to hell, by Dharma one will obtain a good rebirth. The time of giving and the time of battle, because they are similar in being completely held by cause, it is said that giving and battle are similar. These two qualities do not rely on evil people. Even with only one who is very well equipped, like one who is not well equipped surpasses the slow, if one gives with small faith, that also can make those others happy. Here, a hero who defeats enemies a hundred times, is not as good as one who defeats the enemy of miserliness, and subdues them.

Giving with an unattached mind, I have said that those are the most heroic. The ripening of merit is happiness, and truly contemplating brings wealth. Quickly pacifying is supreme, and one will attain Nirvana. For those who perform meritorious deeds, harm from others, and hosts of gods and demons, cannot create obstacles. If, in order to exhaust suffering, one who is noble and endowed with wisdom gives, if they make effort and strive, then they will touch upon higher seeing. The mind is extremely tamed and calmed, and one who delights in the Dharma obtains happiness. In the Dharmas spoken by the noble ones, the wise always rejoice. Those who delight in meditation, those who delight in the unborn, as well as the four close placements of mindfulness, the seven limbs of enlightenment, the four miraculous feet, and whatever delights in the eightfold path, those who wear Dharma robes, and happily consume alms. Those who walk happily in the mountains and forests, those who happily Obtain happiness, attain Nirvana in this very life. All hatred and fear have been transcended, surpassing the desire for worldly realms. Hearing and seeing the Dharma, as well as delighting in solitude, is happiness, for sentient beings in the world, harmless and true discipline is happiness. Utterly transcending desires, being free from worldly lust is happiness. Subduing the pride of thinking "I am," those are supremely happy. Having morality in old age is happiness, abiding greatly in faith is happiness, delighting in meaningful words is happiness, those who do not commit evil are happy. In the world, grasping this shore is happiness, likewise grasping the other shore is also happiness, in the world grasping a renunciate is happiness, likewise grasping a Brahmin is happiness. The arising of the Buddhas is happiness, likewise the teaching of the Dharmas is happiness, the harmony of the Sangha is happiness, the asceticism of those in harmony is happiness. Seeing those with morality is happiness, seeing those who have heard much is happiness, seeing those Arhats who are liberated from rebirth is happiness. The river of happiness that enters the shore is happiness, the person who conquers through Dharma is happiness, the one who has obtained wisdom is happiness, the one whose "I" and pride are exhausted is happiness. Seeing the noble ones is happiness, associating with the virtuous is happiness, if one does not see children, then it is always happiness.
