功德藏。护法。 功德藏。 护法。 印度语：乌达那瓦尔加。藏语：功德藏。第一品。向一切智者敬礼！吉祥如意！胜者所说的功德，我将详细阐述。驱散睡眠和昏沉，心生欢喜而听闻。一切智者是救护者，大雄是慈悲者。在示现涅槃之时，世尊如是说：唉呀！有为法皆是无常，是生灭之法。生后即灭，它们的寂灭是安乐。如此猛烈燃烧时，有什么可贪恋，有什么可高兴？身处黑暗中的人们，为何不寻找明灯？如同骨灰颜色的，这些被抛弃的是什么？四处散落，见到这些，有什么可高兴的？从哪个夜晚开始，人最初进入母胎？他便不停留地离去，离去之后也无法返回。早上见到许多人，傍晚有些人便见不到了。傍晚见到许多人，早上有些人便见不到了。男女老少，以及正值壮年的人都会死去，因此说这个人还年轻，活着的把握又有多少呢？有些人会在母胎中死去，同样，有些人会在出生时死去，有些人会在蹒跚学步时死去，有些人会在到处奔跑时死去。有些人年老，有些人年轻，有些人正值壮年。逐渐地都会离去，如同成熟的果实会掉落一样。例如成熟的果实，总是害怕掉落一样。同样，已经出生的人，总是害怕死亡。例如制陶匠，用泥土制作器皿，所有器皿最终都会 разрушаться，人的生命也是如此。例如拉紧的织布机，梭子来回穿梭，梭子紧随其后，人的生命也是如此。例如必定被杀的人，每走一步，都接近被杀之地，人的生命也是如此。河流从悬崖上倾泻而下，一去不回。

In Tibetan language: The Collection of Special Utterances. First Chapter. Homage to the All-Knowing One! May there be auspiciousness! The special utterances spoken by the Victorious One, I shall explain in detail. Dispel sleep and drowsiness, generate joy in your mind and listen. The All-Knowing One is the protector, the Great Sage is compassionate. At the time of taking his final body, the Blessed One spoke these words: Alas! All conditioned things are impermanent, they are of the nature of arising and ceasing. Having arisen, they cease, their pacification is bliss. When it is blazing so fiercely, what is there to desire, what is there to be happy about? Those who dwell in darkness, why do they not seek a lamp? Like the color of bone ash, what are these abandoned things? Scattered in all directions, seeing these, what is there to be happy about? From which night does a person first enter the womb? He goes without stopping, and there is no turning back from having gone. In the morning, many people are seen, but in the evening, some are not seen. In the evening, many people are seen, but in the morning, some are not seen. Many men and women, and those who are in their prime, will die, so to say that this person is young, what confidence is there in being alive? Some will die in the womb, likewise, some at the place of birth, likewise, some just crawling, likewise, some running around. Some are old and some are young, some are people in their prime. Gradually they will depart, like ripe fruits falling. For example, ripe fruits are always afraid of falling, likewise, people who have been born are always afraid of death. For example, a potter makes vessels from clay, all of them will eventually разрушаться, so too is the life of people. For example, on a stretched loom, the shuttle goes back and forth, the shuttle follows closely, so too is the life of people. For example, those who are certainly to be killed, with each step they take, they approach the place of being killed, so too is the life of people. A river flows from a cliff, never to return.
