The so-called "the dharmas existing in the continuum are themselves" refers to dharmas that do not exist in the continuum of others, nor do they belong to the category of non-sentient beings. Is this the determination of everything? Therefore, a general explanation is first made, and then a special explanation is given: For "cessation not by individual analysis," the words analysis and cessation are paired separately, and it should be understood as "cessation by individual analysis" and "cessation not by individual analysis." These two are mentioned separately because they do not abide in the cause. The category of non-sentient beings refers to earth, etc., and no dharma corresponds to those dharmas called "corresponding to it." The so-called "not even with space" refers to corresponding. Because they do not correspond to them, there is no attainment or non-attainment of them. Therefore, in the Abhidharma, it is asked: Who corresponds to the undefiled dharmas? The answer is: all sentient beings. With what do they correspond? With cessation not by individual analysis. Who corresponds to cessation by individual analysis? The answer is: all noble ones and some ordinary beings. Whenever something is nominally designated as corresponding to elephants and horses, etc., the word "corresponding" there refers to dominion. The so-called "for this, there are three kinds of attainment" means there are three kinds. Like a shadow following, like a leader of a herd following, like a calf following. That is, it has the nature of following like a shadow. Others should also be explained in the same way. The first, like a shadow following, means that the unstated dharmas arise simultaneously with them. The unstated dharmas are weak, so they do not arise before or after. The second refers to: from above, the word "above" is related to the form realm. Why is that? Because whoever dies and transmigrates, the intermediate state of existence is manifested and accomplished there, because it is in accordance with the external seed and dharma. Wherever the seed is sown, the sprout grows there. At the time of connection, virtues belonging to the desire realm, such as faith, etc., and non-virtues, such as desire, etc.

It refers to those obtained from birth. For example, the bull king goes in front of the herd of cows. Similarly, those who have attained are born first. The third case is that for those arising from hearing and thinking, mentioning "of the assembly" etc., should be combined with those arising from meditation. Therefore, relying on the wisdom obtained from birth, the wisdom arising from hearing is born. Relying on the wisdom arising from hearing, the wisdom arising from thinking is born. Relying on the wisdom arising from thinking, the wisdom arising from meditation is born. Understanding the meaning based on names is what arises from hearing. Focusing on names and meanings is what arises from thinking. Sometimes words lead to meaning, and sometimes meaning leads to words. And only focusing on meaning is what arises from meditation, which enters into meaning without relying on words. The so-called "except for co-emergence" refers to whatever is co-emergent with the dharmas such as those arising from hearing, and whatever arises in this way, should be distinguished. Others that are not like this are future. For example, it should be understood like a calf following its mother. The so-called "therefore" refers to those who have attained. The so-called "briefly showing" refers to briefly explaining. Because desire is mentioned, conduct in the form realm is excluded. Because good and non-good are mentioned, the form of the great elements is excluded. Restraint and non-restraint, and the expressive form that is liberated from both, are co-emergent, and arise in this way. What arises from later is past. The future is not. The next life also becomes non-next life, and non-next life also becomes next life. After distinguishing in this way, it can be established that the co-emergent attainment of other forms, such as those arising from maturation, is established. Is this the determination of all dharmas that are not indicated in the scriptures? The answer is no. Except for the mind of supernormal cognition and the mind of emanation. Among them, two supernormal cognitions are not indicated in the scriptures, namely the divine eye and the divine ear. The mind of emanation is also. Those minds of emanation are also fourteen, the first dhyana ground has two minds of emanation, namely the first dhyana ground and the desire
