Having abandoned attachment, one abandons all the evil destinies. It is because of non-arising, not because of the cessation of impermanence that it is exhausted. Therefore, by attaining which dharma does one abandon all the evil destinies? It is because of non-arising, not because of the cessation of impermanence that it is exhausted. Therefore, by attaining which dharma, does that dharma have the nature of not being born in evil destinies? This is cessation not by individual analysis. Why are evil destinies, bad migrations, and places of falling repeatedly shown there? By the term "evil destiny" it means not committing the five inexpiable sins. By the term "bad migration" it means that the five views do not arise at all. By the term "place of falling" it means completely abandoning the accomplishment of Zama, Maning, hermaphrodite, woman, and the eighth existence. Here, there are four extremes: There are also those dharmas that attain cessation by individual analysis, such as the past, the present, and the future dharmas with outflows. There is also cessation not by individual analysis, such as the unconditioned dharmas without outflows that do not arise. There are also those that become both, such as the dharmas that arise in the dharmas with outflows. There are also those that are neither, such as the past, the present, and the future dharmas without outflows.
