Subtlety is the subtlety of mind. Its characteristic is whatever is the characteristic of the subtlety of mind. Therein, subtlety is indistinct and not sharp. Being in accordance with the activity of the consciousness of mind is being in accordance with the activity of the consciousness of mind. Being in accordance is not contradictory, it is a synonym for "not being an obstacle." This also examines the object of discrimination. Non-diligence is not cultivating virtuous dharmas, that is, it is non-diligence because it is not diligence. With what being in accordance does the universal practice of virtuous dharmas become exhausted? It is shown by the phrase "not entering into that very meaning." Therein, not striving for what benefits oneself and abandoning it is non-diligence. Benefiting oneself is making virtuous dharmas habitual. Therein, not striving is not focusing on it, that is, abandoning it. If something exists, it arises, that is non-diligence. Diligence is cultivating virtuous dharmas, for that phrase, if this exists, one will not be non-diligent, therefore it is diligence. In order to protect virtuous wealth, what one relies on to act is diligence. Declining because of non-diligence is a synonym for "antidote." Disgust is because of realizing the faults of samsara, etc. The faults of samsara are desire, etc., and old age, death, and sorrow, etc. Realizing them is distinguishing. Therefore, whatever is disgust is in accordance with being free from desire, it is a synonym for becoming the cause of being free from desire. Because it is said, "If disgust arises, one will not be attached." For that liberation, it is said that if a dharma arising from the mind arises, etc. Being in accordance with what, that is, being related to what. Arousing disgust is attention, that is, attention in accordance with arousing disgust. Joy is satisfaction and extreme joy, it is seeking an antidote for what arises from things that harm the virtuous mind. Having obtained that, being satisfied with that is extreme joy. For that phrase, the desire realm is harm because it has become the place of all suffering. Arising from that is abandonment. The antidote that arises is har

It is the aspect of being a contributing factor to removal, and is a synonym for "cause of abandonment." That is the path. Whoever has the state of seeking remedies is a remedy seeker. The attainment by the remedy seeker is called "attainment," which means obtaining, and is a synonym for "attaining the path." Here, after attaining the path, whatever arises as a state of complete satisfaction of the mind is supreme joy, and because of having it, it is called supreme joy because it is opposed to mental discomfort and inability, etc. Here, great joy is satisfaction, and great joy is mental happiness, and what arises simultaneously with it is satisfaction and joy. Again, it is expressed as a different name. Extreme training is the very workability of the mind, and being in accordance with work is called workability. The object of workability is workability itself. The workability of the mind is the very workability of the mind, which is a synonym for the mind being suitable, like gold dust. For example, gold dust is workable for whatever is hammered into it. Similarly, due to the power of extreme training, the mind can accomplish whatever is needed in whatever it is applied to, such as transgressions and liberation, and therefore it is called workable. Non-harming is the very good heart that is not pleased with harming others, and is called being manifestly pleased with harming others, which is incompatible with this. Harming others is harming others. Being manifestly pleased with harming others is being pleased with harming others, which is incompatible with this. Because of what one does not harm others, it is a synonym for not harming and not contradicting. Arising from this, the remedy seeker is the very good heart that is not in accordance with this. Following reason is being in accordance with reason. Reason is the noble path. Following it is following it, which is a synonym for tending towards it. This arises from being controlled by oneself and being controlled by the Dharma, therefore it arises from being controlled by oneself and the Dharma. Here, "I" means completely grasping one's own continuum. My dharmas are my qualities, namely discipline.

Etc. Controlling these is controlling the Dharma of the self, and controlling means ability. What arises from that is what arises from the control of self and Dharma. As stated in the Sutra Pitaka, it is said in the Sutra that by controlling oneself, one abandons the non-virtuous and cultivates the virtuous. Alternatively, the Dharma of the self is the son of the lineage, etc. How is it said to arise from the Dharma of the self? Because I become a son of the lineage, and not inclined to accomplish this with the noble Dharma, I think that this is not a part of me. Craving is manifest attachment. What arises from the cause of craving is the similar cause, the similar cause of craving. The similar cause of craving is called not knowing shame. What is incompatible with this is because it contradicts universal arising. The freedom of mind is the freedom of mind. In order to show the nature of its action, it is said that by what freedom does one respectfully abide in virtues and those who possess virtues. Those who possess virtues refer to the precepts, etc., related to one's own cause. Virtues refer to Khenpo and Acharya, etc. One who has shame is one who is accustomed to virtue, who proceeds in advance, etc., and is accustomed to virtue by being accustomed to virtue. What are those who possess virtues accustomed to? It is to proceed in advance to be accustomed to virtue. Ignorance is not knowing. Its similar cause is shamelessness. If one becomes ignorant, one will engage in actions such as killing, etc., and therefore become shameless. Its enemy is to slander evil Dharma, and evil Dharma is killing, etc. To act on these is false. If there is something, that is, what Dharma arises, one will fear sin, that is, fear evil. Abandoning inequality is also not eliminating unreasonableness, etc. In order to eliminate unreasonableness and enter into reason, eliminating unreasonableness is the act of diligence. Entering into reason is also the act of diligence. To do this equally is equality. Because there is a Dharma called equality, the mind is equal.
