He (referring to telepathy) knows two moments with the knowledge of others' minds, namely, in suffering, there is the forbearance of the Dharma-knowledge and the Dharma-knowledge. To focus on what is in accordance with the aspect of subsequent knowledge is because it is to be accomplished by other endeavors. A solitary Buddha knows the first two, and the subsequent knowledge of the eighth arising, and the third knowledge, because the endeavor is small. Others say that they know the first, second, and fifteenth. The Buddha knows all the moments of the path of seeing without any effort. Furthermore, what is the difference between the knowledge of exhaustion and the knowledge of non-arising? The knowledge of exhaustion has the certainty of complete knowledge, etc., in all truths. The absence of what is to be completely known, etc., is accepted in the wisdom of non-arising. In all sufferings, etc., there is the certainty of complete knowledge, abandonment, direct realization, and cultivation, which is the knowledge of exhaustion. Likewise, the certainty from the absence of what should be completely known to the absence of what should be cultivated is the knowledge of non-arising. Thus, these are the ten wisdoms: Dharma-knowledge, subsequent knowledge, conventional knowledge, knowledge of others' minds, knowledge of arising, knowledge of cessation, knowledge of the path, knowledge of exhaustion, and knowledge of non-arising. Why are these three established as ten? Because of nature and antidote, aspect and the object of aspect, endeavor and action done, and cause done, it becomes ten. Nature is conventional knowledge, because it does not know the ultimate meaning. Antidote is Dharma and subsequent knowledge, because it is the antidote to the desire realm and the upper realms. Aspect is suffering and the knowledge of arising, because the object of focus on the substance is not different. Aspect and object are the knowledge of cessation and the path, because aspect and object are different. Endeavor is the knowledge of others' minds, because it is accomplished by making an effort to know others' minds, and therefore also knows mental factors. Action done is like the knowledge of exhaustion. Because it arises as the very nature of a real thing in the continuum of action done. The cause of increase is the knowledge of non-arising, because all uncontaminated knowledge

Because it is the cause of everything. Because it is the antidote to everything, it is only said that "Dharma-knowledge is the antidote to the desire realm." Cultivation is the path of cessation, and whatever Dharma-knowledge is in the path, that is the antidote to the three realms. Those that are encompassed by the cultivation path of Dharma-knowledge in cessation and the path are the antidote to all three realms. It is not in accordance with the desire realm. Among those ten kinds of knowledge, Dharma-knowledge and subsequent knowledge have sixteen aspects. Those will be explained below. Conventional is, thus it becomes other. It also has sixteen aspects, and it also has other aspects, because it holds the self-characteristics and general characteristics of all dharmas, and so on. With the aspects of their respective truths, there are four kinds. The truth of suffering and so on each enter into the aspects of their respective truths, and each has four aspects. The immaculate mind-consciousness of others is also, thus it has four aspects, because it is the path-knowledge. That which is with defilements is, the self-characteristic of the knowable, that which is with outflows is what is the self-characteristic of the knowable mind and mental factors, that is what holds the aspects. Both are also, each thing is an object of experience. When the mind is held, the mental factors are not held, and when feeling is held, conception is not held, and so on. The remainder has fourteen aspects, except for emptiness and selflessness. Exhaustion-knowledge and non-arising-knowledge, those two are fourteen aspects except for the aspects of emptiness and selflessness. The ultimate is mine, but because it depends on the conventional. What is it that the outflows have the aspect of self-characteristic? Or is it not? Immaculate sixteen, other aspects are not. Except for the sixteen aspects, there are no outflowless aspects. Others say there are in the treatises. Other people under the sun say there are. In the treatise it says: When the non-corresponding mind knows the dharmas corresponding to desire, this is the place, this is the basis. Saying this, knowing what will become, by connecting the word "will become," until "consciousness." Also what

Are these sixteen aspects names or realities? They are realities, the sixteen aspects. Among them, because they depend on conditions, they are impermanent. Because they are of the nature of harm, they are suffering. They are empty of aspects contrary to the view of self. They are selfless in aspects contrary to the view of self. They are the cause of the nature of seed-like dharmas. They arise as accumulation in the manner of arising. They increase as growth in the manner of connection. They are conditions in the sense of manifest accomplishment. Because the aggregates disintegrate, they are cessation. Because the three fires are extinguished, they are peace. Because there is no harm, they are abundant. Because they are free from all faults, they are definite departure. Because of the meaning of what should be traversed, they are the path. Because they possess reason, they are reason. Because of the meaning of truly accomplishing, they are accomplishment. Because of the meaning of causing to truly transcend, they are definite departure. What is this dharma called "aspect"? Aspect is wisdom. And is it only wisdom that grasps? It is said: No. Then how is it? It is with. It grasps with an object. Wisdom and, other dharmas with objects also grasp. All that exists is graspable. Whatever exists, all is graspable. The distinctions of the ten kinds of knowledge, such as virtue, are explained: the first three are of three kinds: virtue, non-virtue, and unspecified. The others are virtuous. The nine kinds of knowledge are only virtuous. All things are in the desire realm up to the peak of existence. The sixth is the knowledge of dharma. In the four dhyanas, and in the unobstructed, and in the special dhyana. The ninth is the knowledge of following. To the six, add the three formless realms. Likewise, the six. Suffering and, origin and, cessation and, path and, exhaustion and, the knowledge of non-arising are also in those nine grounds. Other mind-knowledge is in the four dhyanas. Knowledge of the minds of others is in the four dhyanas. That is dependent on the desire and form realms. It manifests in the desire and form realms. Knowledge of dharma is dependent on the desire realm. Others are dependent on the three realms. Except for knowledge of the minds of others and knowledge of dharma, it manifests in the three realms.
