The three. For people, there are all the vows such as the Pratimoksha vows. For the gods born in the desire and form realms, there is birth from meditative concentration. The vows of meditative concentration exist only for the gods born in the desire and form realms. The undefiled (vows) are, special meditative concentration and non-perception (beings). Even in the formless realm, except for sentient beings, they also exist for those born in the desire and form realms. Except for those born with special meditative concentration and in non-perceptual sentient beings. For those born in the formless realm, they also exist only through the way of possessing them. From this point onwards, I will begin to write the explanation of karma as taught in the sutras. Karma is considered to be virtuous, etc. Regarding this, karma is pleasant, unpleasant, and other. Pleasant karma is virtuous karma, which is whatever causes the attainment of desirable results and Nirvana. Non-virtuous karma is non-virtuous, the opposite of that. Other than those, that which is neither pleasant nor unpleasant is called the unstated. Merit, non-merit, unwavering, experiencing happiness, etc., are the three. Regarding this, merit is the virtuous karma of the desire realm. The visible (merit) is combined with the virtuous of those born in the upper realms, and the virtuous karma practiced in the form and formless realms is unwavering. Why? Because in those places, karma ripens, therefore it is unwavering. Karma practiced in the desire realm is wavering because it ripens. The karma of other realms ripens in other realms, and the (karma) of other divine realms also ripens in other divine realms. Non-meritorious karma is non-virtuous, which is recognized in the world. The path of merit, etc., has been pointed out. Up to the third dhyana, virtuous and experiencing happiness. This place is the (place) of feeling, for example, the desire realm and the third dhyana. Above that, experiencing neither suffering nor happiness. Combined with virtuous karma, the virtuous karma above the third dhyana is experiencing neither happiness nor suffering. Experiencing suffering, this (refers to) the non-virtuous karma here. Only the non-virtuous karma of the desire realm is experiencing the feeling of suffering. "There is also an intermediate (feeling) in the lower part," some say, why?
