They are the causes of equal share of the lands, but not all of them. However, those who are born earlier, those who are born earlier are the causes of equal share of those who are born later and those who are not born. The future alone is not the cause of equal share. What is said, "The cause of equal share is one's own land"? If asked how to determine it, it is certain that it is with defilements. The path of the nine lands is mutually, in conjunction with the occasion, said to be the cause of equal share. The truth of the path of the uninterrupted path and the special samadhi, and the four dhyanas and the three formless realms, are mutually the cause of equal share. This is something that suddenly comes to those lands and does not belong to those realms, that is, of equality and distinction. It is not a small cause. Is it only the path that is the cause of equal share of equality and distinction? It is said: No, even worldly people are only those two arising from effort. Those qualities arising from hearing and thinking, etc., arising from hearing, thinking, and meditating, and arising from effort, are also only the causes of equality and distinction, but not of the inferior ones. The cause of equal share has been explained. The corresponding cause is the mind and those mental events that have the same basis. Those minds and mental events that have the same non-different basis are mutually corresponding causes. All-going, called afflictions, the five all-goers in their own places. The all-going dharmas, those born earlier are the all-going causes of the later afflictive dharmas. These will also be explained below. This is the common cause of the afflictive dharmas, therefore, the cause of equal share is established separately, because it is also the cause of other kinds. The all-going cause has been explained. The ripening cause is only non-virtue and virtuous with outflows. It is not unspecified, because it is weak, like a rotten seed. It is not without outflows, because it is not moistened by craving, like a dry seed that has not been moistened. Cause
