It is like this: the winds that move upwards, the winds that move downwards, the winds that are located on the sides, the winds that are located on the back, the winds that are located on the abdomen, the winds that cut, the winds like hair-cutting knives, the winds that are located in clumps, the winds that separate, the winds that gather, the winds that destroy, the winds that make wind enter, the winds that sew, the winds that exhale and inhale, the winds that follow the limbs, these are all called, whatever for this body, other internal intrinsic wind and what has become wind, light and moving, tamed, grasped, this is called the internal intrinsic wind element. What is the external intrinsic wind element?
