There is a time of destruction, and when the world is destroyed, most sentient beings will be reborn in the realm of the gods of clear light. There they have bodies, are born of mind, have senses that are intact and complete, have all limbs and parts, have good color and shape, have their own light, walk in the sky, eat joy and have joy as food, are long-lived and abide for a long time. Among the gods who are reborn in the realm of clear light, those who are reborn in the realm of clear light are said to be the most excellent. Those who were previously born in the realm of clear light are also impermanent and completely changing. Starting from "impermanent and completely changing," just like before, what need is there to mention the inferior, this is the third establishment of the most excellent. There are four paths: there is a path of slow and difficult realization, there is a path of rapid and difficult realization, there is a path of slow and easy realization, and there is a path of rapid and easy realization. Among these paths, the path of rapid and easy realization is said to be the most excellent. Similarly, for sentient beings who practice, starting from "impermanent and completely changing," just like before, what need is there to mention the inferior, this is the fourth establishment of the most excellent. There are four kinds of perception: arising together with the small, arising together with the great, arising together with the immeasurable, and arising together with "nothing at all," that is, perception arising together with nothing at all. Among these perceptions, the perception that thinks "there is nothing at all," that is, the perception arising together with nothing at all, is said to be the most excellent among these perceptions. Similarly, for non-perceptual beings, starting from "impermanent and completely changing," up to "what need is there to mention the inferior," this is the fifth establishment of the most excellent. There are eight kinds of places of overcoming. What are the eight? Internally contemplating forms, externally looking at external forms, especially those forms that are brightly colored and clear, knowing and seeing those forms that are overcome, and becoming a person with such contemplation. This is the first place of overcoming, just as it was said before in the first chapter of the Abhidharmakosha.
