He played, rejoiced, and enjoyed himself with them. He went to them and asked, 'What deeds did you do to be born here?' They said, 'The people of Jambudvipa in Byewa Ri are hard to believe, so they will not believe.' He said, 'If I see it with my own eyes, why wouldn't I believe?' They said, 'In Byewa Ri, I was a butcher in the village, slaughtering, selling, and transforming sheep to make a living. The venerable Katyayana, out of compassion for me, came and said, 'Good man, the ripening fruit of this unlawful, sinful deed is undesirable and ugly.' But I did not listen to his words.' He repeatedly advised, 'Good man, the fruit of this unlawful, sinful deed is undesirable.' But I did not listen to his words.' He said, 'Good man, do you slaughter sheep during the day or at night?' I said, 'Venerable one, during the day.' He said, 'Give me precepts at night.' At night I gave him precepts. Therefore, its ripening is experiencing such happiness at night. Because of the ripening of the deed of slaughtering sheep during the day, experiencing such suffering during the day.' He spoke this verse: During the day, killing other lives, at night possessing the qualities of precepts. From those deeds, the result is experiencing happiness and unhappiness. Byewa Ri, when you go to the village, there is my butcher son there, please say to him: I have seen your father, and he says that this is not lawful.

Are you not thirsty?' he said. He thought, 'Is this definitely a god, a Naga, or a Yaksha?' He said, 'I am thirsty and hungry.' They bathed him and gave him food, and he stayed in that palace. At the time of sunset, they said, 'Harm will occur here, Kapilari, go away!' He came to a place where he could see the ground and sat down. After that, at dusk when the sun was setting, that palace also disappeared, and that woman also disappeared. A huge centipede appeared. It wrapped around that man's body seven times and ate him from hair to foot. At the time of sunrise, that palace reappeared, and the woman also appeared, and that man also became beautiful, with a good figure and pleasing to look at, covered with bracelets, earrings, and various garlands. He came again and again to urge me, saying, 'Fair one, the result of this unrighteous and sinful dharma is undesirable and unpleasant,' but I did not listen to his words, and he said, 'Fair one, do you catch mice during the day or at night?' I said, 'Noble one, I do it at night.' He said, 'Fair one, in that case, take the vows of morality during the day.' I took the vows of morality from him during the day. As the result of that action ripened, I experienced such happiness during the day. And as the result of the action of catching mice at night ripened, I experienced such suffering at night.' Then he spoke the verses: 'Intoxicated by catching mice at night, Endowed with the qualities of morality during the day, The result of those actions Is experiencing happiness and unhappiness.'
