It will become like that. The sea called "Delightful Not Hot," inhabited by non-humans, vast and boundless, filled with pure water, the fourth sun will evaporate it. The gathering place of most sentient beings, the source of jewels, emitting terrifying sounds, the tenth and a half sun will scorch it, completely and utterly drying it up. The nature of earth and the four jewels, scorched by the sixth Mount Sumeru, will emit thick smoke. The light of the seventh sun blazing, the seventh sun will burn it. The earth holders and the lands, will be burned by the fierce flames. Then, the light of the fire will be sharp and high, sometimes those lights will enter into hell and the realm of the hungry ghosts, constantly suffering torment and burning. Uninterrupted and extremely sharp light, possessing great splendor, constantly decaying due to torment, are known as the seven chief thieves. The palaces of desire, and possessing all aspects of desire, the abodes of the Asuras, and the hosts of desire gods who are extremely delightful, along with Brahma will also be burned. Mount Sumeru and the great earth, and the gods exhausted and changed, the wise and supreme noble ones, with wisdom constantly enter the state of liberation. In the Sutra, called "Principal Speech," from the second chapter of the "Sutra Corresponding to the King," it is declared thus: Bhikshus, a Chakravartin king will appear in the world, what kind of nature of the wheel jewel will appear in the world? Bhikshus, here, the king, of the Kshatriya caste, who has been crowned from the head, on the fifteenth day, having bathed his head, abiding in fasting, going to the upper story of the palace, being surrounded and seated by the retinue of ministers, from the east will appear a wheel jewel, possessing a thousand spokes, possessing a hub and a rim, all aspects complete, beautiful, not made by craftsmen, made of all divine substances, the nature of gold, will appear. The king, of the Kshatriya caste, who has been crowned from the head, on the fifteenth day, having bathed his head, abiding in fasting, going to the upper story of the palace, being surrounded and seated by the retinue of ministers, from the east will appear a wheel jewel, possessing a thousand spokes, possessing a hub and a rim, all aspects complete, beautiful.

Not made by craftsmen, all heavenly objects, having heard that it would become the nature of gold, then the Chakravartin thought, 'Am I a Chakravartin?' He wanted to test the Chakravartin, so he stood up from his seat, draped his upper garment over one shoulder, knelt on his right knee, took the precious wheel well with both hands, placed it in his left hand, and turned the wheel with his right hand, saying this: 'May this excellent precious wheel conquer and completely overcome the path of the previous Chakravartins.' Then the precious wheel and the Chakravartin went to the east, in the sky above, the precious wheel leading the way, going forth manifestly. When the Chakravartin, together with the precious wheel, went with the fourfold army, wherever the precious wheel stayed, the Chakravartin, together with the fourfold army, would stay there. As it is said in the Sutra of Many Realms: 'Without precedence, two Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones appearing in the same world is impossible, there is no opportunity. One is possible, there is opportunity.' 'Without precedence, two Chakravartins appearing in one continent is impossible, there is no opportunity. One is possible, there is opportunity.' As it appears in the sutra, 'As it is said in the sutra,' and so on, is like quoting from the seventh sutra of the Long Agama Sutra. In the first chapter of the Abhidharmakosha, one should look at the verses of homage, where it is written 'From those Buddhist teachings' and so on. The Blessed One said in the Brahma Net Sutra, in the sixth Samadhi-samyukta Sutra, then Brahma said this to the Blessed One: 'Friends, those long-lived and abiding shramanas or brahmins, even if they abide inwardly, those who have the same lifespan as you have appeared. Those shramanas or brahmins are certainly inclined towards liberation.'
