If someone is extremely angry with the sacred teachings and the sacred beings who live by the Dharma, and shows sinful wrong views, cutting off unripe fruit, the fruit will harm themselves. If you are not free from desires, you will not be free from sins. If those who are freed from virtues, will not be freed from the suffering of sinners. If they are not free from those, then they will be bound to those. The noble ones will not be bound, but the sinful children will be bound. By doing extremely harmful deeds, they will go to the hells, and by doing the deeds of hell, they will be born in Avici hell. Monks, the lifespan of the gods of the Brahma-parisad gods is half a kalpa, but there is untimely death. Monks, the lifespan of the gods of the Brahma-purohita gods is one kalpa. Monks, the lifespan of the gods of the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception is eighty thousand eons, and untimely death exists. Monks, from the sentient beings of Avici hell to the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception, the limit of existence is only this much, and birth in existence is only this much. With just this much, the going, coming, dwelling, dying, and being born of sentient beings wandering in samsara are designated. Monks, do not be particularly delighted with existence and birth in existence. Even for a little bit or a moment, I do not praise the accomplishment of existence. Why is that? Monks, the accomplishment of existence is suffering. It is like an impure thing, even if it is small, its characteristic of not smelling good is clear. Monks, likewise, even for a little bit or a moment, I do not praise the accomplishment of existence. Why is that? Monks, the accomplishment of existence is because of suffering. Again and again falling into the animal realm, again and again falling into the preta realm, again and again falling into the evil destinies and evil paths. Monks, therefore, you should train yourselves thus: to cut off existence and the manifestation of existence. Monks, you should train yourselves thus. The Blessed One rejoiced and spoke thus. Monks, they were exceedingly delighted with what the Blessed One had said and rejoiced in it. Monks, these eight great Naga kings are... The basis of this story is in Shravasti. Monks, these eight great Naga kings abide in the kalpa, holding the earth, The Garuda, king of birds, does not spare them, they experience the war between gods and asuras. They experience it individually. Who are they? They are the Naga king Nanda and the Naga king Upananda, and so on. These have great power and magic, relying on the ocean, fighting with the asuras, being the army of Indra, the lord of the gods, having great strength, great poison, great majesty, walking with their chests, having various ways of fighting. Thus spoke the Blessed One. From a sesame heap, taking out one sesame seed every hundred years, until the sesame is exhausted. And so on. The order is reversed, from the sutra immediately after the second chapter. Sounds, gatherings, and the gate of the gods, Brahmins, Koka, lightning, and kings, the vast one, touch, afflictions, Koka, Lika, existence is impermanent. It should be consulted from the "Compendium of Kokalika" sutra. Seven suns will appear in the world, which is quoted from the seventh chapter of the "Middle Length Discourses," which says: In this very place of treasure, there are also sentient beings with form, with different bodies and different perceptions. There, how to know different perceptions as stated in the sutra has been written. The "Treatise on the Establishment of the World" also contains this verse: At the end of time, in this world that relies on sustenance, water will not come from the clouds, grass and vines, nourishing trees, will be burned by one sun. Likewise, small rivers or streams will be weakened and dried up by the second sun. Large rivers or large streams will be burned by the flames of the third sun.
