Seeing what is not the path as the path is what is to be abandoned by seeing the path. From the three views arise the four characteristics of perversion, therefore, in this way, it is established that it is the nature of perverted views. From the view of the aggregates arises the view of self, which is perverted. Some say, "Everything is." Regarding the statement "Everything is," all of the view of the aggregates is the view of self and the view of what belongs to self. If asked, how is the view of what belongs to self perverted? How is it not? Because it does not change in other sutras of perversion. Like this, it says, "In the absence of self, to think there is self, this is perverted." But it does not say, "In the absence of what belongs to self, to think there is." Therefore, the view of the aggregates as a whole is not perverted. To say that the view of self itself has two doors, even though there is only one. If, because of different distinctions, the sixth case, "mine," is used to indicate that it is considered another view, then, if the third case, "by me," and the fourth case, "for me," are distinguished, that would also become another view. Like this, "by me" is the third case, and "for me" is the fourth case. If that also becomes another view, then that is not what is desired, therefore, it is established that "everything is." Why are other afflictions not perverted? Because all afflictions are equally perverted. Like this, it is explained in detail through three causes, these three causes do not exist in other afflictions in sequence, therefore, they are established as perversion itself. Both wrong view and annihilationist view are decisive cognitions and are completely perverted, but they are not superimposition, because they involve the destruction of substance. Holding morality and asceticism as supreme is superimposition and is the nature of decisive cognition, but it is not completely perverted. Just because it is aimed at as the goal of purification. Morality and asceticism become the cause of purification, because morality is abandoning immoral morality.

Moreover, because it is temporary and will be extinguished at other times, it is not unique. If it is established in this way, how does it become an imputation? Because by this alone, it is imputed as the nature of the cause of all extinction. Other afflictions are not necessarily intentional, namely, desire and anger, as well as pride and ignorance, and doubt, etc. Although they are imputation and wrong practice, they are not necessarily intentional, because they are not the nature of view. If so, then the sutra says that this shows that only the four natures of view are contradictory to the inverted. Here, only view is inverted, but not the two, perception and mind, just like desire, etc., because it is not necessarily intentional. If so, isn't it contradictory to the sutra? There is no contradiction, because the mind and perception are due to that power, and will be explained in detail. If the two, mind and perception, although not of the nature of inversion, are said to be inverted because they are the same as view, then feelings, etc., are also the same as view, why not say so? This fault is not there, because it is said in accordance with the world. Therefore, it is said that because it is famous in the world. All those inversions are also eliminated by those who have entered the stream. Thus, the Blessed One said that from this person who seeks other non-Buddhist teachers with perfect views, and whoever kills, is not a place, there is no opportunity. If asked, which are the four inversions, and from those inversions, which are eliminated by those who have entered the stream, and which are not eliminated? The answer is that everything has been eliminated. For this, the reason is that those who are in accordance with the view are all to be eliminated by the path of seeing. By saying in accordance, it is indicated that the two inversions of mind and perception are also eliminated by the path of seeing. There are twelve inversions, because each view inversion has mind and perception inversions, so there are three.
