As long as it has not stopped from abiding, that is the application. The moment at which it stops from abiding, the manifestation of that time, and whatever non-manifestation of that moment is, that is the actual path of action. Because of two reasons, taking what is not given will be touched by fault, because the application and its result are not completely perfected. The moments of manifestation or existence after that are the conclusion. As long as one gives away, sells, hides, or subsequently proclaims the wealth of others, the moments of its manifestation are also the conclusion, like that, it should also be said to others. Covetousness and so on, just by becoming manifest, become the path of action, because it is of the mind. If it is abiding in the state of death, then that means, only when that sentient being dies, the manifestation and non-manifestation are the path of action. In that way, dying together will also appear in detail, the manifestation and non-manifestation of killing, and the non-manifestation of causing to kill itself, become the actual path of action. From the point of view of established tenets, it will not appear like that. So what is the point of view of established tenets? It is dying together with the previous one, because another body without substance is born. But if it is death, then it is being in the intermediate state and so on. That will not be said, why? Because the manifestation of striking, that is not death. Killing will appear in detail. Whatever appears in detail in any treatise, that is another fault. The meaning of the Vaibhashikas is contradictory, from the fact that the Vaibhashikas here say that the conclusion is a connecting particle, explaining the meaning of the treatise like that is contradictory. Why? Because at that time the thing itself has not stopped. If when a sentient being dies, whatever are the manifestation and non-manifestation, those are the actual path of action, then

Here, "not becoming without combination" means that only the combination of real things is spoken of, and it should be known that this is not the end. "How is it without fault, just like that" is the view of the Sutra School. How is it without fault? This is the view of the teacher. "The word of combination of only real things" etc. are the views of the Vaibhashikas. In this way, it does not contradict the statement "When dying simultaneously with the previous one, because another body of non-reality arises." Then, at that time, "omniscience" is the view of the teacher. How does it not change? Because it is impossible, it is said. If a being dies, it is impossible to make it die again. Now, how does non-omniscience change? In the state of inability, it becomes a path of action. Just like this, although it is impossible, it is still a path of action, and so is omniscience, this is their thought. Therefore, "the fruit of combination" etc., the fruit of combination is killing, because the combination is for that purpose. The time of completion is the time of death. These two, namely omniscience and non-omniscience, are considered paths of action even if they are impossible. If so, considering the fruit of combination, omniscience is also called a path of action, but considering ability, it is not, therefore there is no fault. Similarly, for other situations, it should be applied appropriately. For example, in order to achieve the purpose of stealing another's property, one robs another's property, and then uses these animals for sacrifice, or in order to have it robbed, one commits adultery with his wife. For those who would completely protect him, one creates division with lies, slander, harsh words, and frivolous talk. One greedily thinks of his property, harbors malice towards the owner of the property, and promotes wrong views, etc. Similarly, for situations such as adultery due to desire, it should also be explained appropriately. Here, all the paths of action are not ended by attachment etc., so what is it? It is lying etc.
