Because there is no shame and embarrassment, there is no discipline. Prostitutes and eunuchs are because there is no shame and embarrassment. The causes of not having discipline that are mentioned are those that correspond to non-discipline. Then, what is called non-discipline? It should be said that because one does not arise with intention towards evil, and even if it arises, it is a law of arising and ceasing. Regarding "becoming an antidote," wherever there is discipline, there is also non-discipline, just as wherever there is a crop in a field, there is also grass. Regarding "northern sounds are unpleasant because there is no proper attention and meditation," because there is no proper attention, there is no Pratimoksha discipline. Because there is no meditation, there is no meditation and undefiled discipline. And why is that? Because they do not have proper attention and meditation? Because their wisdom is shallow, and they have not mastered the Dharma such as virtue. Because there is no intention to do evil, if asked: what is it? There is no non-discipline. Discipline is also the same. If it is said that gods also have it, then why do beings in the lower realms not have discipline and non-discipline? Therefore, it is said "for beings in the lower realms also," animals are unclear like children and young people. Ghosts and hell beings are like madmen, because they have painful feelings. Having what and not having what refers to becoming discipline and non-discipline in order. In addition, the body refers to the abdomen. For humans, there are three. Pratimoksha discipline is only for humans, gods do not have Pratimoksha discipline, because it is said that only humans abide in celibacy. Thus, the Blessed One has said: gods are overwhelmed by humans in three states, namely bravery, having mindfulness, and abiding in non-celibacy. Here, ordination, full ordination, and becoming the property of a monk are synonymous. Because there is no protection, it is known that they are gods who enjoy desire.

If even those with superior wisdom do not have it, then what need is there to mention those born in higher realms? How then do they have meditation and undefiled discipline? It is due to the power of the nature of cause and action, each according to its kind. 'There is none above' refers to those born in the formless realm. 'Except for those born in special meditations and mindless beings' means that noble ones are not born in special meditations and mindless beings. 'They do exist from the aspect of possession' means that those born in the formless realm only have undefiled discipline from the aspect of possession, but not manifestly, because there is no form there. In other places, it will be shown to exist by its own nature. Because it is based on the display of karma, and so on. Abhidharma is an explanation of the Sutra. 'Temporary and permanent' means that having a pleasant result is temporary happiness, because it completely liberates from suffering temporarily, until the pleasant ripening follows. Attaining Nirvana is permanent, because in complete Nirvana, there is permanent freedom from suffering. 'Unpleasant' means of the opposing side, because the result is unpleasant, and it is an obstacle to Nirvana. Virtuous actions performed in the desire realm are called merit because they are the antidote to non-virtuous actions, and because they protect or satisfy, they are merit. Regarding this, what has and does not have discrimination will be explained in detail. Here, the word 'etc.' refers to what is inseparable from the joy of the second dhyana, which is shaken by the noble ones here. In the third dhyana, it also includes what is inseparable from breathing in and out, and the mind's letting go of thinking 'this is happiness,' which is shaken by the noble ones here. The three dhyanas will be explained in detail, and all the virtuous actions performed in the form and formless realms are not unwavering, so what are they? They are above the third dhyana.

I think so. "Having the fault of Samadhi" means that Samadhi has faults. Because the Samadhi of those three Samadhis has faults, it is said here that the saints are unshakable, it is just said that, it does not mean the power of unshakable karma. "Starting from the karma that goes in accordance with immovability" means what is the meaning of starting from the path that goes in accordance with the immovable destiny. Also, why is it said here that it is unshakable even though it is shaky because it has the fault of Samadhi itself? Therefore, it is said, "Because the land is in those places, the karma is ripe, so it is unshakable." It is said that because the lands are completely cut off by greed. In the desire realm, the karma that perfects behavior is shaky because it is ripe. In "the karma that turns into happiness and enjoyment, etc.", the word "etc." includes beautiful appearance, good fortune, and pleasant voice, etc. "Sometimes due to the power of other causes" means that other causes are synonymous with the power of afflictions, karma, and aspirations. As the sutra says: "For example, here some people are givers and also patrons, but they are very cruel in killing." Broadly speaking, if he becomes an elephant, he will get all kinds of elephant decorations and so on. The desire realm and the three Samadhis arise in this way. Among them, in the desire realm and the first Dhyana, the feeling of happiness is the happiness of the body and the happiness of the mind. In the second Dhyana, the feeling of happiness is the happiness of the mind. In the realm of the third Dhyana, it is the happiness of the mind. In order to show that there is, the word "that" is connected with suffering, and in order to know that suffering exists only in the desire realm, the word "here" is said. So what is it? "Having a collection" means synonymous with having a cause. Collection refers to what arises simultaneously with it, as well as the senses and the objects. Gathering here is a gathering
